  • @USNERDOC, HeatCell, safe to transport, but what about the fumes? Can it be used (burned) indoors, like burning in a car when stranded? How does it compare to burning alcohol. I like the idea of the can with toilet paper with rubbing alcohol. I don’t know what kind of fumes that leaves behind. Info by HeatCell, contains Diethylene Glycol (and glass fibers). Can produce carbon monoxide and some irritants under some burning conditions. (as does burning alcohol?) So what is better for use in a car?

  • Not to be Found on their web site.

  • @20351MA - they have to be purchased from a local distributor. If you call their office at (304) 326-2623 or send an email ( dbailey@heatcell.com ) they will help locate a distributor near you.

  • Looks worthy of a test.

  • Thanks for showing other items besides knives, guns, and flashlights at Shot Show. Have you looked into the Lifesaver Filtration Water Bottle?

  • @12gn12 - thanks for weighing in on the comments! I did not focus on the guns - knives - flashlights because there are some great YouTubers doing such a good job covering that aspect of SHOT Show 2012. As you may well know, I have a fondness in my heart for guns - knives - flashlights and I did stop at the respective booths for information and to fondle the gear.

I will have to look into the Lifesaver Filtration Water Bottle . . . I am always searching for new gear.

    Thanks for the support!

  • What's the "water pail" item you mentioned?

  • @urbancavedude - sorry about that . . . please watch the previous video from our SHOT Show 2012 coverage called SHOT Show 2012 - Emergency Preparedness with AquaPail . . . I will put up an annotation as soon as possible to clarify.

    Thanks for watching!
