Cool, Only scary thing about that is that if there is lil- no integrety from the pros to being accurate, then how in the world can we trust a bunch of amatures who will contradict each other in facts. Andrew Meyer is a perfect example of the story NEVER being told how it happened.
Your a scroungy looking dumb ass. All Media people get in the business only to advance their popularity and most don't pronounce words correctly. Haven't you heard that everyone on you tube and all the media folks would much rather be ridiculed and criticized rather than be ignored?
Our young people have to learn by trying experimenting, and yes, even failing. You don't ever succeed by thinking negativly. Just ask yourself the following questions:
1. Who's better than you?
2. Who really cares what happens to you if you don't care enough about yourself to try a new job or idea? That's my two cents for the evening. I'm going to watch Eddie and Jennifer, and the best damned movie I have seen in years, win the acadamy awards! Now that's positive thinking!
I know from a lifetime of watching journalism on television and reading journalism in newspapers and magazines that journalism's objective is not objectivity, but to influence the opinion of the person consuming the journalism.
If you think the media is objective there are not glasses out there powerful enough to correct your vision.
Give up.

Keep your camara's handy. As gramps says .."picture worth a thousand words"
And dang it keep the camera STEADY : )
..and yup the internet gonna change everything.
I forsee a time when every canadate will have to have a website where we the people can see him or her.
We will see them tells us about the issues, then we can make up our own minds as to who best represents us.
As a side note......Think it matters who or what we vote for as long as bribery is legal ??

There are probably many different flavours of journalism. I like the idea of citizen journalism.

Journalism isn't about objectivity, it's about spin, and no, average citizens are not as good at spin as the professionals.
