In this video, I am using financial calculators (TI or HP), and in the financial calculators 1% is entered as 1 and ½% as 0.5. Yes, 6% /2 = ½ or 0.5%. Yes, it can be written in decimals as .005.. All the calculation explained in the video are correct.

Not too fast. Thanks. Looking at the vid, 6% = 0.06. 0.06/12 = 0.005. is that not it?
