    Thanks for the advice., and I will slow down in the next videos. I was trying to reduce the size and length of the video. In this video, I am using financial calculators (TI or HP), and in the financial calculators 1% is entered as 1 and ½% as 0.5. Yes, 6% /2 = ½ or 0.5%. Yes, it can be written in decimals as .005.. All the calculation explained in the video are correct.
