this team was ridiculous. they whipped a senior- led final four team on their home floor. it was so frustrating watching them hit 16 straight shots or whatever it was. i still have nightmares about dee brown pulling up from 28 feet...he beat my spartans a bit too often. anyways this Illinois team gets my vote for best team of the 2000's, if it wasnt for matt sylvester and a UNC team with 8 NBA draft picks, this may have been in the conversation for greatest team of all time
