  • llama

    :D

  • they forgot something... ALL THE BLOOD THERE IS!!!

  • I don't know why everyone says it hurts so bad... I didn't feel a thing during the extraction, and it's just a bit sore and still bleeding a little bit. It's really not that bad...

  • @hotpost101But mine is just pain!! It feels like something growing on the wisdom tooth due to side effects of medicine. It really annoys me sigh.

  • oh memories. when the anesthesia wore off it was horrible, so i tried sleeping it off, and when i woke up my cheeks swelled a LOT :< it took almost two months before i could fully open my mouth. haha

  • Can someone answer a question I have? I'm going to get one top & bottom removed but will I be numb forever if they hit a nerve?

  • @aariku14 theres a possibility of them hitting a nerve is very slim. No need to worry. The oral surgeon knows what he or she is doing. I just got 4 removed today and the numbing wore off from the anesthesia and i can feel everything fine im just sore. If you're young the probability is even slimmer because at a young age, the wisdom teeth are given time to grow around or touch the nerve. Hope this helps and calms you down a bit!

  • @GagasHooker thanks :) im perfectly fine. I still have to go back to do the rest. But it was very hard trying to sleep :{ Im all healed now. Thanks so much

  • local anesthesia, "this will remove all feeling from the tooth and surrounding area" lol yea right. Still hurts like hell but whats worse is it lasts for hours after.

  • I have a wisdom tooth with a cavity that needs removing tomorrow.Wish me luck.

  • okay so im joining the millitary, will i be drugged or anything? i dunno im scared lol i saw a operation video and they where like cutting through the gum like cheese. I really hope they numb the shit out of the mouth.

  • The pain isn't bad at all. tbh, braces are worse. All the bleeding the first day and the horrible taste in your mouth... *that's* miserable. :( You will also never crave crunchy food so much again in your life. xD

  • LOOK take it from me.. DONT I MEAN DONT let the dentist DIG THEM OUT, wait till they are showing at the gums, my teen had hers DUG OUT from the bottom at age 19 it was so painful it was not simple pulling it was SURGERY DIGGING HUGE HOLES LEFT DONT DO IT till you feel or see them on the surface, you have been warned!!!

  • My wisdom teeth hurt me for months to a point where I wanted to cry if I would eat any thing and my dad just told me " you will be ok it can't hurt that bad" well now my dentist is wondering why I haven't had them out already bc the way they Growing ..... Thanks dad

  • @Brebre3304 my mom too, i told her that my wisdom teeth were growing out and i was in so much pain and then she just said, "ahh we'll wait for it to grow out then extract them". i'm still waiting for that to happen and it hurts so much i wanna cry

  • The insurance plan I'm under won't be active til January! I can't keep this pain any longer!!!!! I just want to scream!!!

  • Omg people am i the only one that wants mine removed becouse of the god damn pain they are causeing me!

  • I have 3 wisdom teeth and i'll have them removed in 2 weeks because of my braces :S i'm scared cause I've had a nose surgery before and the needles hurt like hell :(

  • @L3diaJ How did it go?

  • @angeleyeskisses i had only one tooth removed 2 days ago(next week i'll have another one)..it was a piece of cake...i didn't feel a thing during the procedure and it lasted no more than 10 minutes...when the anesthesia wore off it hurt a lot but i took some pain killers..also another pill to prevent any possible infections..now my cheek is swollen and i look so weird :S :D

  • O____o i'm having mine removed next month... all four of them.. oh god.. i'm scared as fuck.

  • @xRareMagnolia don't be..you won't feel anything :)

  • man my tooth hurts but this looks scary

  • im scared now -_- ugh

  • They had to put my under, so i was out the entire time. I had a good doctor. I'm VERY afraid of needles. I didn't even feel the needle, and i don't remember going to sleep.

  • I got all four of my wisdom teeth removed yesterday. My face is HUUUUUUUGE!

  • @crystalookami did the needles hurt??? :S

  • @L3diaJ Honestly, I don't even remember the needle. I had an awesome doctor.

  • Oh shitz!!! Friday ummm worse Friday?? Getting all 4 wisdom teeth removed and I'm 14!!!:o well il b happy wen my braces r off and I'll have a preety smile haha!!:D I not scared!!:D

  • y does it cut open your gum if it grows so slow and why does the left one look like its shaped good and the right one look outta shape

  • I want to be dead asleep during this shit, screw being awake. I'm terrified!

  • LOL I was LITERALLY in the room for the operation for less than 4 minutes, doc gave me the shot, then *yank* *yank* all done, and out the door laughing my ass off at how quick and painless it was. I don't know why people trip, it's just like getting any other tooth pulled you shouldn't feel ANYTHING.

  • damnit

  • Had mine removed last week, just now fully recovering. Interesting video

  • how did i get here?? AND Y AM I WATCHING THIS?

  • Getting all 4 removed next week and I'm 26. Some advice for the younger guys/girls: Unless you want constant pain and shifted teeth DON'T wait as long as I did. Aside from pain they will push against your teeth and cause shifting which is badddd.

  • Hate impacted wisdom tooth, i just had mine removed 30 mins ago, sooo painful. Im stii cold and shaking now.:-( still have to prepare for my other wisdom tooth, maybe after a month ill have it removed again

  • i have an impacted one too :(

  • im scared as shit

  • @Windzxylala gas masks didn't work :(

  • i tell all here and now get them removed before they give you probs like mine is giving me right now i am in so much pain and i have been this way for 4 days now it aint worth it heck i went to the dentist and he grinded on my top wisdom tooth think that fixed it and it did for bout 6 months but now omg i could shoot myself im in so much pain worst week of my life

  • i just hope that i wont need this.. 3 of my wisdom teeth have enough space to come out but the last one is still hiding so i dont know yet,. -___-

  • @rakistah16

You're lucky.. 3 of my wisdom teeth need to come out.. and I'm only 16 :'/

  • Tomorrow is the big day

  • @ydntikwhoiam So how did the tooth removal go?!

  • im soo fkn nervous.......i need to take it out soon...but when...

  • Do it as soon as they grow... Even with no problems, eventually they are hard to reach so they break and then here comes the PAIN!!!. I know this cuz this is what I have now. It's like a major headache and neck pain for hours upon hours. Pull them out now!

  • Thump up if u think the animation makes it looks easy..

  • @ekkamai6 Mine wound up being pretty easy. Two of mine were rupturing and causing problems, and the other two were about to do the same, so my surgeon just put me under and took out all four, which apparently slipped out no problem.

My husband, on the other hand, had a harder time with his. He was only under local anesthesia, and one of his was so hard to remove that his surgeon actually had to put his foot on the chair to keep his balance while he pulled.

  • after watching this i switch'd on "i like turtles" >.<

  • I hate needles and injections

  • my wisdom teeth is like sticking out a little bit and cover by the gum, should i go checked up?

  • HA IM ONLY 10 SO I HAVE LIKE YEARS BEFORE I GET MINE OUT! AHAHAHAHA

  • @AbbieSarahVlogs you won't be laughing in 10 more years.

  • HAHA you guys have to get yours out and I'm a kid HA oh shit I'm gonna get mine out in a few years DANM IT :(

  • im having all four wisdom teeth removed in the morning..............this is going to suck

  • I have to get mine removed this wednesday... I think all four of mine are impacted or atleast 3 are.. Only one of my teeth are trying to come out but only a little so it's pushing my other teeth foward. No matter what I eat even if it's something like pudding or soup it causes irritation. Luckily I'm being put to sleep.

  • @Step2theBeat143 hey did they put u to sleep or numb you so u dont feel pain?

  • @maxxaxxax I was put to sleep for mine and my gums were numb after I woke up from the surgery but when I went home and took a nap it started hurting after I woke up because it wore off. It took about a week and a half for the pain to go away. There is still a little but barely any (:

  • i swear im dying to get this shit done the right side of my jaw is on fire !! shit hurts. if i feel pay wit general anesthetics. ima just let my mother take it back to my younger days and knock me out. yup shes hispanic.

  • I'm getting mine out soon ! i'm not being awake while getting them out i don't wanna see blood or them in my mouth i'll bite them ! Hell no knock me out doc ! >:/

  • @oxoEMMIoxo yes yes yes!!

  • WTF, remove any bone around it, Fuck that shit, I need my jaw bones...

  • owww?

  • makes me glad ill be knocked out for this one

  • F.M.L. ughhhhhh

  • @teg0000000000 LoL Moan?

  • @GlamRockxx yes, they did that to me with the gas mask.

  • doesnt the xray look like a cat at the top right corner?

  • either i am getting mine in early, or it is just more molars, but if its my wisdom teeth, then i have enough room, and wont need them removed...

  • @RedStoneFox Inside of your mouth is a completely different story...

  • "You will be asleep during the operation...and feel no pain." Something about the way she says that creeps me out... :(

  • @xytsdx2 well its not that much pain when they take them out its after when the pain happens

  • got mine removed

  • @thejazz1510 with local or general anesthetic ?

  • @shad0wboss local

  • i'll make an appointment at the dentist's right tomorrow after watching this!

  • fcuk that.

  • im starting to get my wisom teeth im 17!!! what are the chances of mine growing normally and not have some dentist yank them out??? i brush alot my teeth are clean and never have had a cavity please!!! i need advice ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @flattsrocker15 If you go to the dentist every 6 months - that's what i do - you should get x-rays of your jaw and you can see how your molars are aligned and their movement. Brushing a lot and etc. will not impact how your wisdom teeth grow and in which direction. I'm not a dentist but this seems pretty elementary.

  • @billiamperson yes i do go every six months and thankyou man

  • @flattsrocker15 I'm 18 and Mine came in just fine. My other teeth got moved very unnoticibly, but i'm the only one in my family who has all four normal wisdom teeth. I don't think brushing them alot will affect the wisdom teeth growing in , but it is important to keep the area clean before and after they come in to avoid any future problems. They will be harder to clean because they're so far back and they'll most likely hurt a bit as well, but if they come in correctly, all should go well.

  • @sonnybeilbill3 That's unusual to have all 4 teeth in place at 18, you'll probably find they will more from time to time, Im nearly 23 and I had the 4 of mine fairly well through at 18, but occasionally ill have a couple of days discomfort as they move slightly. Lower right tooth is pretty damn sore atm tho lol, hope I don't need it out!

  • @tallica1988 They didn't all come in at 18, they started when I was 15 and finished around 16-17. They aren't sore, but they hurt when they started cutting through and they were hard to get used to at first. Anyone who reads this should know that certain foods will get lodged in them and they will become sharp and very uncmofortable!

  • Bloody wisdom teeth, I so fucking hate you.

  • im having this done tommorow fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck me

  • Oh, I hope my wisdom teeth is perfectly fine

  • only my bottom left WT is giving me problems

  • HA HA my teeth are perfectly fine i dont need to get my wisdom teeth tookan out

  • Just had my wisdom teeth removed. Was awake but with the local anistetic. Didn't feel one thing. The shot was the most painful part and wasn't as bad as I though. What really sucks is the recovery.

  • im soo not ready for this, oh man

  • that x-ray was identical to mine. they had to put an IV in me and gas me, i got knocked the fuck out.

  • That was amazing!!! wow

    !

  • @cornishyorkies97 if u dont get them off, they can push towards your other teeth and make them all crooked again, then u may have to wear braces for a second time around...dont worry! i have to do mines to in june. i'm scared as hell but its something we have to do..dont worry.

  • well this is entertaining...O.O

  • WTF. I was awake when they pull out mine.

  • my dentist's a fakeee im 11 and she said i need my wisdom teeth taken out....i dont have wisdom teeth yet -_-

  • For anyone who's nervous about getting their wisdom teeth out, the procedure will be the least of your worries. If you're sedated, its quick and painless. It's taking care of your mouth and following instructions carefully afterwards that should be taken seriously. Swelling and pain will generally peak at 3 days if you follow the doctor's instructions for care and cleaning.

  • so.. in my case i would hae he general anistetic. since they have to saw open my jaw, sice it's not born yet, but it is horizontal and pushing against my teeth

  • What is weird is that in all languages I know, the word used for these teeth means something like "wisdom theeth"...

  • I just got all four of my wisdom teeth taken out, JUST this morning. I was put to sleep and woke up with the gauze in my mouth. No stitches or anything, either. The doctor said that I was under a type of sedation where I could open my mouth by demand but won't remember a thing. And he was right.

  • @Pop77o7 im getting mine out march 16th. im so scared im only 15 :( im getting the sedation you talked about.. did it hurt???

  • @ilikeunicorns0x the sedation or the procedure? The sedation doesn't hurt at all. The scariest part is the IV needle in your hand, but after a while it's not so bad. See, they'll inject something like Profovol in with the IV. Within seconds you'll feel drowsy, then numb, and then you fall asleep.

You'll wake up not feeling anything but gauze in your mouth... Once the numbness goes away it'll feel like someone punched you in the face, but that's why they give you anti-biotics and pain killers.

  • ok ive watched this video 87 times because the lady tells me to watch it again.

  • i dont wanna take a anistetic omg... yet i do not wanna be awake durring this..... omg... D-=

  • @cincameron I was thinking the same thing. I don't want to be fully asleep and out of control nor do i want to hear any of the stuff he's doing - like drilling or see the sharp tools he's using, or have that awkward 'where do i look' while i'm awake and he's so close to my face hahah. rekon i'll just have he general anesthetic

  • @cincameron haha i was awake when i had it done. it's not that bad.

  • @cincameron same thing here dude i wanna be asleep and do that stuff so i can take a nap and get my problem's dealed wit :P

  • @cincameron Hey, I just had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out yesterday. I opted for the Iv and it only took twenty minutes for the whole operation to be done with and the only thing you should worry about is following the dentists orders.

  • my doctor said he will give me both general anaesthesic and local just to be nice with me !!? is that ok

and i need to know how long it gonna takes to feel ok after the surgery??

    thanx in advance

  • I just got 4 of my wisdom teeth removed about 4 days ago. The experience kind of sucked for me, only because I woke up in the middle of the surgery, and they had to put more anesthesia in me which made me nauseous... So I ended up puking a few times when I got home haha. Other than that, the pain wasn't too bad. I would suggest taking some pain medication before you go to sleep depending on how bad your teeth hurt. My teeth usually hurt the most when I wake up.

  • wisdom teeth are proof evolution exists. all you jesus freaks can suck the dick of their "god". athesits rule

  • @vrem: Although your comment was posted two months ago:

    1st - No. Just...no. Dumbass.

2nd - If you're going to bash on a religion out of random (and quite unnecessarily), at least spell yours correctly.

  • I had all 4 of mine pulled out yesterday.

If anybody had theirs recently removed, msg me and we will discuss how much of this sucks for us lol :)

  • @beneathyourlove

How long is the process and How long does it take to heal?

  • @HUSTLINISMYGAME

I had all 4 of mine removed, so it took about less than 30 minutes. But remember it's different for everyone.

Oh and it's a bitch, sorry for the language but seriously it's been 3 weeks and it's a pain eating soft foods and keeping to a ''diet'' lol

But honestly, you lose 15-20 pounds cause of this so I'm happy hah.

The first week is a pain though, I literally cried cause the pain was so bad- its a good thing i had drugged up with the medicine they give you :)

  • @beneathyourlove

Yea it shouldnt take long for my wisdom teeth to be pulled. My wisdom teeth are all already out except for 1 which is breaking the gumline. Ouch.. My wisdom teeth actually dont bother me but well see what the Doc says next week. And 3 weeks with weight loss, NOOO.. I am training for a marathon in March. Can you still exercise in like 4 days after the surgery ?

  • @HUSTLINISMYGAME

Yeah, you can exercise after 4 days or so. Just please be careful not to do too much.

And be careful with the holes after the surgery, make sure that you dont keep bleeding after

the 2nd day cause if you keep bleeding then you will get Dry Socket and if youre wondering what

that is then google it and people will say that It Is Complete Hell. I never got it cause I was careful, but

just be careful. No drinking w/ straws. Your food everyday would be applesauce and noodles.

  • @666metal666me

    Yes ofcourse :)

  • taethekoreanking , yah its pretty painful but many ppl experience it differently

  • Just had 4 removed yesterday and my jaw is still sore. Probably won't be up to much next day...have been taking T3's which work well

  • I'm getting mine removed in a few days. To the people that experienced getting theirs removed, does the procedure hurts or after when it's done?

  • Anyone know how much this costs? I have one that might need to be removed. I can probably deal with the pain and the drilling of the teeth and such, but it's the bill that comes after that I'm most afraid of :(

  • @Twilight13Raven if you've got insurance then you shouldn't be worried about it too much besides the co-pay or whatever. It's been about 7 or 8 years since I've had all mine pulled and I can't remember exactly how much my dad had to pay for it since I was only about 17 or 18 and on his insurance.

  • @butterfly153239 I'm a gamer, so I've got a ridiculously huge TV, every video game system, a crazy game library, and no insurances lol...I think I'm screwed.

  • All four of my wisdom teeth were impacted but the surgery was actually more fun and less intimidating than I thought it would be. it's the week after the surgery that kills you the most b/c you can't eat anything you want to eat haha

  • @naeun93 hell I woke up feeling like I was on cloud nine from the anesthetic, but as soon as that wore off it sucked because the pain came back!

  • @naeun93

Does it hurt after the surgery mate?

  • @helldrell666 well the first two weeks are hell but not necessarily because of the pain. I mean it hurt a bit but my pain was pretty endurable. But what sucked was that I could barely open my mouth big enough to eat during the first two weeks, so missing food was devastating haha. After the first month though, things get better (although you still have to deal with food getting stuck back there for a while) and it's honestly not too bad. :]

  • I am currently in my 3 rd day of recovery of getting all 4 wisdom teeth removed. I was awake the entire procedure with the doc having given me 6 injections initially. He did have to cut the two bottom as I recall the use of a small circular saw. The stitches are dissolvable from what he told me. I've been on these narcotic drugs (Pain killers) and Penicillin (for infections). The first day is probably the worst. But know nothin hurts, my face just looks swollen. I am really tempted to eat solid

  • I guess my wisdom teeth werent that impacted since I wasn't knocked out when they took them out! darnit! well at least I didn't feel a thing (until a few hours later).

  • i have a wisdom tooth and i'm scared!!..... :(

  • @Pitwix1 its not that bad

  • after remove my wisdom teeth...& the dentist have stitches on it. How long does stitches can be remove?

  • Comment removed

  • @nagamen

I had stitches on my mouth before and they rot off after a couple of days. No need to worry about it. You probably swallow them while eating ;)

  • @drod8313 Thanks, but it takes me 2 weeks remove by own

  • I Think

  • AM SO LUCKY I DONT HAVE A WISDOM TOOTH

  • @theboss7865 You probably do, just under developed and dormant. If you really dont, then ure one lucky SOB :p

  • im getting all 4 wisdom teeth removed, i was awaked for 2 of them and they are horizontal, the worst. no anesthetic. im getting 2 of them out later...worst pain in my life. after sucks too with the gauge.

  • i only have 2 wisdom teeth. i have to get them removed soon. how did you guys feel after the surgery? can you even remeber it >3

  • Comment removed

  • i had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday, and the surgery is a half hour.

  • i have a wisdom tooth im getting it pulled out..... :( im freaked out

  • I just got all my wisdom tooth removed today,

  • @tomdragon1992 How many did you have? I'm getting mine removed soon..=[...I have 3.

  • @tomdragon1992 i had the same thing done to me, all 4 in one day right?

  • how do religious idiots explain wisdom teeth?

  • my right wisdom tooth has just broken my tooth next to it in half and i dont have a dentist to sort it out so i am maybe going to use a dremel like a did on my left wisdom tooth, my left wisdom tooth and the one next to it look fucked but after 5 mins of incredible pain i passed out till it was all better. Why the fuck to teeth have nerves? thats what i dont get. Its like men with nipples?

  • I just had the four wisdom molars removed with frizzing.

They never bother me nor felt any pain. But the dentist sugested because they were impacted. Now I wonder, if they never bother me why it was suggested.

What kind of complications later in life can be for not removing the wisdoms?

  • @etniko Dentist just wanted your money you idiot

  • @etniko Same thing for me...But the older you get the more they will try to come in and it will start hurting because they will push up against your molars.

  • just had a wisdom tooth pulled yesterday. Nothing to it, the local anethesia hurt more than anything else. Then I felt pressure on the tooth (not pain) and within a minute it was out. Maybe I got lucky, or had a very good dentist--but to me it was totally worth it, and even after the anesthesia wears off the pain isnt as bad as when the tooth was still in there. Good luck to all getting ready to get this done!
