I was actually one of the con coordinators (Uconn anime club president), and I was lucky enough to get to hang out with Doug & Rob a few times. Both are awesome guys :-)
God, I gotta commend you on that. You guys ran one hell of a convention. I was only there on Saturday, so my favorite parts were the Q&A with Rob and Doug and the cosplayer's court cases. :D
Yup, I was there. I was "That Poser With The Glasses." I hate to say it, seeing as how I always used to make fun of the fanboys who gush over seeing their favorite celebs, but I was also star struck when I met him. And yes, he is an awesome guy. Glad to see his ego isnt as big as his popularity, and that he not only appreciates his fans, but seems to thoroughly enjoy every moment that he spends with them. Tonight, he made a superfan out of me.
