Can you like do 2 play throughs and get the acheivment buy collecting the other drawings? for example say i got all of them except one on first play through and then collected the remaining one on my second play through, would i get?

@TwistinFool after you rewire the wires on the 2ns floor and turn on the keypad, go bak to the 1st floor and there should be 2 switchs you can pull both of which will open a cell, one of the cells being A15

Alright, I'm in the grand hotel...in room 408, it's marked with "Hole" ..the bathroom door is jammed and I don't see anywhere in here where you can break in with an axe.

Yes you can. Because you can go there twice. Once at the very very beginning and once where you must go down into the underground.
