This was 100% my favorite song from the Sims. It's so nostalgic - it brings back so many memories of when I first moved to the suburbs. Such a warm and relaxing and comforting feeling. It makes me cry like hell because I miss the days where all of my friends were nice, innocent, full of joy and laughter... now everyone I know is mean, moody, superficial, and have moved on to different things like Jersey Shore and iPhones while I'm still listening to this.

Man I love this soundtrack more than the sims 2 or 3 combined.

I wish they would play this instead because the music really did put you in the mood of every event. Like buy music as a classic shopping music so you would see your self shopping, Kiss music where you kissed and it gives you the feel of a romantic 60s music, The burglar music shows off REAL terror, and then the death music where it can possibly make you cry. :'(

I started playing the series 4 years ago, starting with The Sims. After a month, I began The Sims 2, and a year later, The Sims 3. I would still be playing The Sims if the sequels hadn't spoiled me graphically, and the music is just to beautiful in The Sims.

i really loved The Sims (1)! i still have it and i want to play it, but i'm afraid that if i play it i may not like it very much, because after The Sims 2 & 3 this would be a huge change and i don't want to dislike it. so... i'll just have the good memories and always think of it as an incredible game!!! :)
