  • steve kerr holy hell! just whip lash on those threes!

  • GOAT

  • By the way I enjoyed more this playoff series agagins the Pacers, than the final against the Utah Jazz..just my opinion

  • One of the few teams that could take the bulls (Jordan era) to the 7th game...epic

  • jordan is the reason why alot of great nba players never had rings

  • Wow, imagine if MJ and the Bulls played Shaq, Kobe, D-Fish and those young Lakers. Whoa.

  • i miss the old days NBA

    Love Indinan Pacers

  • "And Michael is there, as he so often is, with whatever it takes."

If I had to pick a sentence to describe Jordan, that would be it.

  • Probably the hardest game the Bulls had during their dinasty

  • DOES ANYONE KNOW THE MUSIC IN THE BEGINNING

  • @dxrd2001 It's called "shut the hell up and enjoy the video"

  • @dkthg if you don't know just go fuck youself

  • Chicago should have won game 4 to close this series in 5 games.

  • @wisenuff1 Actually after MJ got Pippen & Phil started coaching them, Jordan beat Bird all the time. 1 game they even beat em by like 40. They just never got the chance to play em n the playoffs because Detroit was owning the Cs by 87-88. Pippen's gm didn't develope til 90-91 tho.

  • indiana pussies always shave their hair. zZzz

  • Jordan has so many fundamentals it's hard to believe.

He 's been everything in his career: scorer, rebounder, defender, shot blocker, playmaker, mid range shooter, 3 pts shooter, low post player, leader.

No weaknesses, this man is not human.

  • the closest jordan EVER got to beating larry bird... Rest assured if Larry BIRD would have had on one of those pacers jersey along with the way pacers played in this game...the bulls wouldnt have won

  • @wisenuff1 You really think 1998 Larry Bird's back would have held up? The Bulls could have put Pippen on him and they would have been fine. They refused to lose that game.

  • @Naraku95 , this pacers team was solid to the point where a "100 per. healthy larry wasnt needed...just needed to hit an open jumper, but the bulls would have had no choice but to honor bird when on the court.. And you forget the very thing that set jordan apart from those he dominated in the 90's, larry bird had ALSO, PURE.WILL. Jordan NEVER beat larry while larry was suited up. He had to wait his time. He would have never won 6 champinships in the 80 while larry and magic were in thier prime

  • @wisenuff1 And to their credit, they were hitting jumpers already without Bird on the floor. But who would they have put Bird on? Kukoc? You saw how hot he was that game. I agree it would have added a great twist to this game. I'm just not sure Bird would have held up for that entire series, much less a Game 7. Fun to think about, though.

  • @wisenuff1 not really dude... if jerry reisdorf has the mentality of a jerry buss (Laker owner) he would have given MJ a super center and a bunch of other great players to play with and could have started to compete for the finals in his early years. the thing about the bulls is that they are what u can call a legit team, a team that went the process of really building a franchise through drafting player's. it was a slow process but once they got there...they simply became unbeatable.

  • @wornoutshoes11 Nba is an "era thing" as much as you like Jordan... He is NOT coming out of the 80 with 6 Champinship. Not with Bird Magic and the Bad boys in thier prime. He couldnt even beat the bad boys them for 3 straight years much less magic and bird. He dominated HIS era.. YES. which was the 90's But He never beat Larry in a Playof series and wouldnt have beaten magic in the 80's becuase he didnt understand the "team concept" yet no matter who you put with him.

  • @wisenuff1 even BIRD himself said that if only MJ had help early on his career he could have won rings a bit earlier and never had to wait 7 yrs for his first ring. it is not about BIRD or MAGIC dominating MJ, its just that the celtics and the lakers were so stacked in the 80's they simply crushed MJ and his weak supporting cast.

  • @wornoutshoes11 jordan was NOT a complete play in the 80's and would not have beaten magic in his prime. Godd scorer, yes but not able to make his team mates better. It took a tounge lashing from Phil jackson during the 1991 finals for jordan to realize he had to pass (to paxson) in order to win. Magic was a winner from the day 1. (1980rookie of year, finals mvp) playing the center position handing out assist and points . He made others better from day 1. It took jordan 7 years to figure that out

  • Bulls would have lost this series if game 7 was at indiana

  • love watching steve kerr shoot those 3s

  • Players spilling all over the floor... LOL

  • I miss these games...

  • @ewabound57

You said IT ALL my friend!

  • Fantastic game. Even today you can feel the tension in the United center. The Bulls won relying in the offensive rebounds. Jordan, Miller, Kerr and Kukoc are daggers, but the last basket by Scottie Pippen was the most amazing one of the game.

  • This was the hardest series the Bulls had

  • This Indiana team should have been included in NBA 2K11! =)))

  • @jan279 ima die-hard bulls fan but reggie is my idol

  • @jan279 wrd son and '93 phoenix suns

  • at 845 in this video shows how tenacious MJ is. This guy is a beast. He is the G.O.A.T.

  • WHAT WAS JORDAN'S STATS IN THIS GAME?...MAYBE HE HAS LOW FG%....

  • this is how commenting a series should be... with precision and class.

  • Comment removed

  • if MJ still plays today there wont be any rule changes... simply because the NBA will be a legit league with a legit superstar therefore there is no need for PIMPING!!!

  • pippen looks like avatar

  • LOOK AT 35 THIS MOTHER****ER WAS STILL THE BEST PLAYER IN THE NBA...COME ON GUY LETS STOP IT. THE MAN IS G.O.A.T! ITS NOT JUST THE FACT THAT HE AND HIS TEAM WON ITS HOW JORDAN WON. PEOPLE TALK A LOT OF SHIT BUT THE MAN IS 6-0 IN THE FINALS. NO ONE COULD THEY PLAYED ON THAT STAGE COULD GET PAST THEM. EVEN WHEN THE BULLS DID NOT HAVE THE HOME COURT ADVANTAGE THEY STILL WON.

  • MJ is just perfectly made the jump shots...

  • MJ is just perfectly made the jump shots...

  • lol MJ would have been ejected every game if he played now a days.

  • @ToLookFoRiT really??? How do you know KID???

  • @manhin45 are you commenting just to comment? do you not realize how the NBA calls every foul? MJ was the greatest but he was an aggressive dirty player. He even said so himself, "Based on these rules, if I had to play with my style of play, I’m pretty sure I would have fouled out or I would have been at the free throw line pretty often and I could have scored 100 points." Why dont YOU educate yourself...KID

  • @ToLookFoRiT

    Not to argue, but

MJ wasn't an aggressive dirty player, he was the King in a Man's league when he played in the 80s-90s. That was when basketball was actually basketball. There was passion. that was when a "foul" was actually a foul and non of this ticky tack no-can-hand check type of defense that's in the game these days. Defense is soft in the NBA these days. you can score so easy. back in the day, that was real basketball. I can't even watch an entire game now cuz it's so soft

  • @ewabound57 no thats what im saying I agree with you. In todays league he would be considered a dirty player because of how soft todays basketball is. Its pussy shit now haha

  • lebron james better than jordon!!! please james is not even no where near kobe so how can u say that

  • @7:15 Even MJ's joints were superhuman!

  • pacers HAD this game. Either way bulls or pacers the jazz were gonna lose haha

  • That Kerr 3 pointer at 7:57 was huge!!!!

  • So amazing how Jordan recognizes Kukoc is on fire and just keep giving him the ball. Just like Kobe does(sarcasm, kobe lovers)

  • I HATE...THIS DAM GAME....GO PACERS...

  • lol at jordan getting pissed

  • wow carlisle was assist coach of pacers

  • NBC rules

  • lebron are you watching?

  • Will people please top disrespecting MJ by saying LeBron is better than him? LeBron isn't even as good as Pippen.

  • @truthisbest

I've got something better than that. Stop mentioning his name, period. And I'm generally speaking. Can't look at a MJ highlight with out seeing LeBron or Kobe's names on the comments.

  • @truthisbest THANK YOU!

  • @truthisbest

    i 1000% agree with you...

  • @truthisbest From Lebron James: "I would reply but i'm traveling."

  • @truthisbest i know that's rite...u cnt even begin to compare those two. When Lebron wins a couple of championships and get a few individual accolades then we may consider tryna compare stats then. I'm so tired of michael vs lebron, michael vs kobe... my goodness!!!!!

  • the bulls is the reason why reggie miller never won an nba championship

  • This is my basketball era where players don't showboat after every single dunk like they do now... they just play the game soundly with good shooting and minimal showboating. (I can see the irony since m.j. is a showboater early in his career but later in his career he's all business on the floor and do the showboating after the game :p)

  • i'm a laker fan. i have alot of respect for MJ and the bulls championship runs. phuck labrea james.

  • this was the series when reggie pushed off in mj and nailed the 3, i was beyond pissed

  • Yeah I know right if the foul is called the bulls win this series in 5 games. Everybody wants to complain about MJ's push off against Russell who was already was guna fall but nobody wants to remember this shit. Its funny how people always say MJ got all the calls if thats the case they would of called the foul on Reggie and would of called Derrick Mckey for reaching in during the final seconds of Game 6 when he stumbled.

  • reggie miller still making excuses about this game..

  • @mattmort : What excuses can he make? It seemed like a pretty clean game to me. Even if they did beat Chicago I could see that Pacer team doing anything against the Jazz although it would have been a memorable series as well.

  • i remember this series.... it was intense as a mother fucker

  • @TexasSportsTroll That sounds wicked hot! And while you're doing that i'm gonna brand your ass with the Bulls logo then i'm gonna drain your cock to make the pain go away! LOL

  • @TexasSportsTroll LOL ! If those fuckers win the Finals drinks are on me at the honky tonk! We're gonna do tequila shots.....straight from my tits! Then you're gonna eat me out and LOVE IT!

  • @TexasSportsTroll Don't tempt me; I haven't had any cum all day! Tell those shitkickers in Dallas to go cowtipping cause the Mavs are going down no matter who they get in the finals!!

  • @TexasSportsTroll fuck you! Bulls comin out of the east!

  • Jordan is the fucking GOAT

  • @TexasSportsTroll in your dreams

  • This entire game was a lesson in heart hustle and determination...as a Bulls fan the Pacers really frustrated me in this series especially Reggie Miller. In this game the Pacers played with alot of confidence and was damn near hitting everything early on and the Bulls came out pretty flat but MJ and the rest pretty much willed themselves through this and I always believed if they had lost MJ would've done everything in his power to bring this group back to try again the next year

  • @ChiGuy251 Agreed. The Pacers were relentless. Two teams that had cold blooded killers and an infinite amount of determination. Crazy series.

  • Bird sure made the Pacers one hell of a team

  • that's the way you journey yourself to a 3peat Kobe... that's why you will never be MJ.

  • @isaias630 im pretty sure kobe did a 3 peat from 2000-2002, and dont tell me shaq did it cause kobe's ppg were mvp like and shaq wasnt winning a single ring without kobe those years,

  • @MrJudahRubin Shaq did it in Miami without Kobe also...Don't get me wrong Kobe is an amazing player. I'm just saying he will never be a MJ. Kobe also failed to repeat a 3peat like MJ did.

  • @MrJudahRubin Shaq qas the man though. Kobe was playing second fiddle. He led his teams to 2 championships.

  • Bird: Why must you punish me?

  • you people think u guys are the best in basketball as a state but u all have ur head in a cloud

  • sucks to be form indiana

  • Who else loved this Pacer team though?

  • LOL, Rose is gonna give Indiana the same nightmares Jordan gave them in the 90's. Cept less often because the pacers might not even make the playoffs next year.

  • Huge Pacers fan and this shows how good they were i respect michael jordan like none other but in 5 years the bulls will see the pacers take the league by storm

  • For the record.... Reggie Miller had the greatest shots of the game... and every game he played for that matter.

  • This years bulls won't let this happen hopefully there's a sweep but Indy is probably gonna win one game

  • look at that old scoreboard brings back so many memories of watching this on sunday after church :)

  • as a Bulls fan, Reggie Miller used to frustrate me.

  • @funsize198 well you know how the pacers felt with Jordan...and Now Rose

  • @funsize198 as a pacers fan i respect michael jordan but watching replays of games he frustrated meh cuz they were both so gooooood thats why its frustrating

  • @funsize198 Reggie was clutch. Prolly woulda won a titlte if not for MJ. But add him to the list with ewing, barkley, stockton, malone and erybody else

  • @sneak108 This is one of the greatest games in NBA history...Greatest Series' too...The Pacers had ever opportunity to win this game...Couple shots the other way and Maybe Larry Bird gets a ring as a coach...Reggie deserved one...Barkley, Ewing, Stockton & Malone too...Im just glad Jason Kidd got one at least...John Starks deserved a ring in my opinion...He played with all his heart and sometimes all his head....The Kings also got screwed out of a ring by CHEATING, GAMBLING REFS!!!

  • @MrSlik25 The kings got cheated you say? It was the refs that were helping the kings WIN that 2002 WCF. Kobe gets food poison before game 2 at the sac hotel & the kings shoot 38 freethrows for a win. In game 5, Shaq shoots 1 freethrow the entire game & fouls out, kings shoot 10 more freethrows than the Lakers & win by 1. In game 7 kings shoot 16-30 from the foul line, lose in OT. As for gm 6, Shaq shoots 17 of the Lakers 40 freethrows & make 13 of them. For the series Kings 204 FT Lakers 175 FT

  • @DoomDarenxbourg the freethrow count doesnt matter...its when they were called that matters..just be wrong.

  • @MrSlik25 The kings missed 70/204 FTs for the series. 70 missed FTs! Its not like the kings were not getting calls, they were on the line more than the Lakers were. But when you miss 70 Fts, you got some explaining to do. Its like the kings were missing 10 FTs a game. All those misses add up. What if divac had not missed 1/2 FTs before horry made that 3 at the end of game 4? That play never would of happened. The Lakers would of desparetly tried a forced 3. & if made there would be OT.

  • @funsize198 im sure reggie hated mike more than you hated reggie lol

  • @funsize198 he was THE BITCH

  • i hated the bulls .this was a great indiana team. I wanted them to win so bad, but kukoc and kerr f it up

  • @dealwells Wasn't so much Kukoc and Kerr. You guys got outrebounded by MJ and Pippen. With the size advantage.

  • @dealwells

Pacers can't beat the bulls sorry

  • I was so mad because I had to go somewhere with my folks, just as the game was starting. We stopped off at target, and I immediately ran to the electronics section. Thankfully, all the tv's there where tuned into the game. I (along with a few other people) watched the entire 4th quarter of this game there. It was such an experience just watching it on television, and I can only imagine what it must have felt like for the 23,000 + who were at the United Center that day.

  • this was scary!

  • One of the most exciting series that Chicago has been in.

  • put in jalen!

  • I taped this game back in '98 and burned it to DVD later on. One of the most interesting games ever and a total clinic on how to win. Indiana shot well and the Bulls shot horribly and MJ's legs were dead, so he just drove and forced fouls. All they could do was hold the ball for high % buckets and crash the boards - Bulls 22 off. rebounds, Indiana had 4. Best stat: last 6 minutes of the game the Bulls held possession of the ball for nearly 5 of those 6 minutes. Incredible in a basketball game

  • thank you for this...i taped this game when it came out..i forgot how many times i saw...it brought back many memories thank you.

  • Bob Costas sucks!

  • if jordan was taking to a ref like that in today nba he would ve gotten kicked out of the game

  • @JEFFMAN90 + get fined haha

  • I remember this series so well, great respect to the Pacers, I think they gave the Bulls the hardest playoff battle during the whole course of the second three-peat. That game 7 was a brilliant team effort by the Bulls, Kukoc came up huge in the 3rd quarter, Kerr hit some big shots, everybody contributed greatly.

  • lol get outta here wit that kobe shit

how dare ya'll niggas show up wit that in the presence of this videotaped greatness

    respect the holy ground, b

  • This is the NBA i know. Back in the day there wasn't any high school looking NBA players with OVER SIZED uniforms on. Back in the day in the NBA there was MEN playing, there wasn't any silly pathetic corny dancing before games either. And the masses wonder why the 90's RULED!

  • what the current bulls team need is those sharp shooters like kerr,kukoc.bucheler..just like the original bulls had back then. great memories.

  • @DoomDarenxbourg no...sorry.. We said 90s games were better because the games were much more physical, and players played with more passion. It had nothing to do with bulls winning a ring or not, it had everything to do with the entertainment level. MJ would get 20 free throws in today's p standard. What I am saying is, if Lebron and Kobe can even be mentioned in the same sentence with MJ in terms of skill, and determination, you know the era is pretty desperate for attention.

  • RIVALRY!!!!!!!!!

  • Shitcago sucks

  • @MrSouthphillyitalian BITCH QUIT FUCKIN HATIN WITCHO LAME AZZ!!!!!!

  • @Oa5i520 Fuck you

  • jordans eyes are zombie from not sleeping the night before having nightmares of reggie miller the press news paper saying THE DANSE IS OVER U CAN TELL LOLOLOL

  • reggie miller made sure that jordan was gonna really work hard for his pass in the finals

  • reggie miller killer this is basket ball baby

  • the crowed on this you tube video is going wild because they missed so many shots and it was a 50/50 game aswell

  • that game 7 was tense the whole world was like ur out bulls fans even before the playoffs started there was this tense feeling

  • lol...i so remember this game but I was actually watchin it just now as though I'd never see it before...wow..God I miss the 90's.

  • i think, pacer would wipe out every other team

  • Toni Kukoc, 4 in a row wow. Great game.

  • You can tell MJ was tired. He was 35-36 years old and was literally running out of gas. He would win with PURE basketball and intelligence, not so much his athletic ability like before.

  • Probably my favorite NBA playoffs series of all-time. So intense throughout.

  • now that was a game 7.....do or die!

  • i like this game

  • hey why isn't miller hopping around like in game 6....hahaha

  • What moves in basketball may make me grow taller ?

  • Comment removed

  • This game was the absolute embodiment of Michael Jordan's will to win. At 35 years old, fatigued to the limit, physically drained, he found a way to lead his team to victory. This game was nothing to do with talent. He crashed the boards, found the open man, and took the ball relentlessly to the basket late in the fourth. He simply refused to lose. Watching this, it reminds me of the author David Halberstam's description of the late '90's Jordan: the invincible man.

  • Wow Costas is absolutely brutal. He sounds like he's reading a fucking book

  • @kennygriff24 what. Bob Costas is the best announcer in North America.

  • @Tube2488 He is a horrible basketball announcer. He's way too descriptive. And we all know Marv Albert is the best announcer in North America and the rest of the world

  • @kennygriff24 Wow....this is why America is becoming so dumbed down...he is too....descriptive???? He is poetry behind the microphone. I miss him doing NBA games. But he wouldn't fit in this era.

  • Wow Costas is absolutely brutal

  • I have free working tips to grow taller add me !

  • I know Longly was sweating bullets if he missed tha jumper!! Jordan would have cargo shipped him back to Australia and put him on a watch list.

  • kukoc is my main man! Every important game he would go hot from outside.

  • bob costas is everywhere!

  • I think the real reason alot of people here are saying that today's game sucks compared to the 90s is because the bulls haven't won nothing since 98. If the bulls were winning titles today, they would say this era is great too. Go figure.

  • @DoomDarenxbourg That has nothing to do with it..the NBA sucks now,

  • This was the toughest series the Bulls would face in any of the 6-championship years, but the toughest part of this series - and for that matter this entire era of basketball - was the NBC triumvirate of Costas, Zeke and Collins calling these games. Costas would had for two plus years and would continue to remind us how 'out of gas' Jordan was and Isiah had to do everything in his power not to cowardly leave the game prematurely like he did in game 4 of the Eastern Conf. Finals in 1990.

  • @amw99 i respect your opinion cuz this was a difficult series but i think 1992 east semi against new york was the toughest.

  • kerr.....open 3....got it!

  • Damn Jordan was so damn strong.

  • one reasons of why the 90's playoffs games where so intense it's because everybody wanted to beat the bulls

  • 35 year old MJ in one of his final games....pure heart and determination, teammates came through for him too.

  • @IMStr8throwed this was the last year before my father passed away, he used to be an accountant for the red lion in portland, oregon, he met MJ several times. Before my father passed away, "You will never see another player in this lifetime or another like Michael Jordan." This pacer series was better than the utah chicago series. I miss these moments.

  • After the game Scottie Pippen said, "I don't think the better team won the game, or the series." He was right. If Rik Smits got that jump ball we would've won. C'mon guys get a rebound!

  • just remember the pacers had good teams over the years they just got stuck and couldnt advance over other teams. the 1991 team wasa good team and if not for the celtics they would have moved on to the next round and who knows what would have happened because chicago was the next matchup to be played and the pacer team form 1991 was talented they might have been the team going to the finals?

  • MJ was 23-0 in the series where his team had the home court advantage. He came very close to losing this one, was exhausted in the end but refused to give up. That's why he is the greatest of all time.

  • 6:41

  • jordan forever

  • Toni kukoc was so important in this game. his points helps chicago to win this difficult game.

  • Man I wished the Pacers won this game, PACERS 4 Life!!
