In medina 600Years AD they prayed to 360 " iIah's

One of this ilah's was de moongod " el ilah " with 3 doughters al-lat, al-uzza and Manat.

This moon god was called Al ilah. Mohammed changed the naam to Allah.

while he stripped the 3 daughters from this god.

Lateron when the muslims believed only is this god, they interpreted this allah with god.

So in reallity allah is a name for a god !

@akkafietje im not offended because you are just stupid. They believed that Allah had daughters. Just like Christians think God has a son. Al means the, and ilah means god. They worshiped over 360 idols and when they were asked why they would say, to get closer to Allah. If you asked them who created the sun? They would say Allah. Who created the moon? they will say Allah. Who created everything they will say Allah. Muslims don't worship a moon god there's no such thing (in Islam)
