youneveri i guess you are a novice. those are aerial kicks... kicks that are intended only for shows... martial arts for demos & martial arts for fights are two completely different things. im already fighting since i was eleven up to now... im a wushu sanshou seagames champion! wushu-sanshou rules the URCC...
year 2001, 30 yaw yan fighters from cebu went to binondo to train WUSHU SANSHOU under a champion chinese coach. in less than 1 week all of them went back home because they cannot survive the training... sorry but this is a true story...
