Also, it doesn't sound "retarded", as that's a terrible way of describing anything. It sounds like high pitched shrieks, which he combines with very low Death Metal vocals, a bit of punk vocals and so on. Would you say their song "Coming To Chicago" sounds like this type of vocals? You'd definitely say no if you heard it.
