This is the kind of stuff that makes me mad about whichever company keeps releasing Rocky boxsets, and none of this is included. The movies dont even have special features, except for the trailers. Unacceptable. All of this stuff needs to be made available to the public. It's golden. Why keep rehashing the same boxsets with no special features?

stallone threw some fast punches in the end fight in Rocky 3 but your probably right mr. Did you know that for Rocky 3, Stallone sparred with real life heavyweight contender and power puncher Earnie Shavers, who was considered for the part of clubber lang. Shavers was just going light and easy but Stallone kept telling him to throw some real shots. Shavers shot a punch to the body and Stallone needed assistance to get out of the ring and Shavers obviously didn't get the part of Lang.

I've got stallones fitness book Sly Moves , and in it, he says he weighed 165 with a body fat of 2.8% for rocky III, that is super small, in the movie remember when mickey said 202 pounds, I was fooled when I was young but no way looking back did he even look close to 200 pounds, but he sure was at 200+ in rocky 6, he also stated he weighed 180 for rambo 3, in my opinion he looked at his best then, but still looks solid these days.

Arnie is 6' 1". Sly wears gigantic heel & lift custom made shoes that are more like boots that gain 4" on his 5' 8.5" frame at big events.There is a priceless photo of him standing on his tip toes trying to kiss his 5' 11" second wife Brigitte who has to lean over for him.

Mr. T is a weak 5' 10" (back then). Sly isn't wearing the wedge boxing boots in the practice. You can see T owns him by up to 2" in the entire video. If you can't see this you are blind and /or you can't see T would be 6' if we believed Sly was 5' 10". He never has been. In the first Rocky training film, Sly is jumping off the floor with his punches to hit Creed. That happens when you are owned by 5-6 inches....on film you use angles/lifts.
