I'm filled with mixed feelings... I use to listen to this song long long time ago back in my country when i was still young, unable to understand the lyrics very well. After i've heard it again it was like i got a call from my community saying "hey son, your village want their idiot back, come back home to your common people".... God bles Eric Donaldson.

Eric is the most underrated singer, he should be right up there with Bob Marley. His songs were such an integral part of my life growing up in Jamaica in the 70's and 80's.
