  • how about we hear the motorcycle and not just the music clip?

  • you should be making commercials for bmw!

  • best iron ever made

  • @1955porsche Your partially correct. What I mean by that their the best when the run properly. As a former owner of a 2003 BMW R1200CLC, I can attest to the run part. My former bike had a idle issue that two BMW dealers couldn't figure out, The bike wouldn't idle under 3K. I ended trading it on a 2008 Goldwing. This spring I learned the ture cause of the idle problem from a CLC owner on a Kawasaki forum who owns both brands. He stated the cure was a simple a sensor adjustment.

  • very nice - good job !!!!!

  • excellent movie mate..God I love those white 1200 cruisers, ridden a few, one day..anyone wanna swap one for a lexus LS400?..and good choice music..kinda suited it pefectly

  • Where did you get the helmet?! Been looking for that, had my r1200c since 6/98.

Wouldn't sell it for anything on the road today.

  • Take it to a hot rod shop and they will put forward controls on the bike.

  • Mine has taller handlebars...I like these better.....

  • who can help me out? I have asked the good people of Max BMW in NH and they were just rude... I am 6'2, how can I ride one of these with out my knees sticking too far up? Does the seat adjust?

  • I own one, the seat does not adjust.. you gotta have short legs like me or get foot pets...lol

  • jimacheson: I like you are 6'2". I ride a '03 R1200CLC. A little different configuration than a "C". My knees stick up abit also. My seat height is 29.5 lucky I have a 32" inseam. Hope too find some extender pegs I like to ease the leg/kneww situation. don't want to get rid of the bike as it's way to cool!

  • jimacheson: I too am 6'2". I really don't see the riding position much of a problem. Have considered those fold-out pegs from the cyclinder head. But at $357.00/Pair I've held off so far.

  • i'm 6'4/190, 36" inseam and bought one of these on a whim just a few weeks ago. i've only put in 200 miles but must say i don't yet feel like the leg issue is going to be much of a bother. certainly on my old honda cb650 it was a lot worse, and for a whole lot less bike. but then again, i haven't yet tried a ride of any distance.

try one of the owner's group sites tho if you want real feedback, there are lots more of us hanging about the bmwmoa and oilheads forums

  • Nice Video! A tribute to the classic BMW.

  • Great bike I have the BMW 1200c AC Schnitzer- love it and so does everybody else. went out today for 2 hours great!! but scenery not as good as yours

  • Love the song and the scenery. Bought my R12C in '04. I can't believe how many people ask me where they can get one.

  • My dad got one, but unfortunately he is maybe about to sell it. He bought it -98 the only example in sweden then. :)

  • i wonder...where do you find this angelique sound?perfect video.what is the name of the band-song?

  • cool bike, cool guy, cool movie--- excellent!

  • That's gotta be the most beautiful bike ever made. Perfect color, perfect everything; it's the only bike I'd never want to customize. That's next on my list, after I put some more miles on my V-Max. You've got some real video editing talent, keep it up. Ciao

  • It's deep february in Canada...ughhh...I want that f'n bike you're killin me! Cheers mate.
