hey i have got a dazzle set up with a 10m usb to connect to my dwonstair PC but i cant get it to traasmit the picture at first it got audio but now its not even recognised the usb being plugged in like i mean where ur on the recording page with the little box where the recording is the top left box with arrow say Pinnacle file or something like thatt but it should say DVC 100 i cant get that to come up if u have any ideas please msg me back becuz it would help me out so much Thank u!!

I have a question. I have Turtle Beach X11's, and when you use them, the audio and video cable without the dazzle is connected in a very weird way in the TV. Please explain how this would work with these type of headset, if possible. Thanks!

I didnt buy mine at a store i got mine from ebay. The software wasn't like yours like how you could choose dvd recorder or pinnacle studio 12. It was only dvd recorder. I want to make a commentary but i dont think i can dvd recorder. but u can with studio 12. Help ME!!!!!!!

@TheShaxHD The dc100 (cheapest one) only comes with pinnacle recorder... all it does is record. im guessing the more expensive ones come with the recorder and the editor

@pooa30fromroblox best buy is the best place...and its generally around 30 dollars and then the extra chords you will need to buy are altogether plus tax would be around 15 to 17 dollars so all together on average i would say everything you need to make the dazzle work would cost around 60 to 65 dollars but thats just what you spend on one game anyway....

@sickboy7391 nop ur so wrong dude... the cheapest dazzle in best buy its like 50$ with tax will be 54$ plus the cables u will need to buy ( 3 pairs of shielded "Y" adapter cables each pair cost 5$ and the AVI cable thats 12$) u will pay 31$ just for the cables and 54$ for dazzle tax included

When I record with my dazzle everything runs smoothly but when I'm recording that lil preview box is kinda pixelated. Also when I publish the video and save it to a folder then open it to watch the clips it's still kinda pixelated and the picture quality is not it's best. Someone tell me how to get a better finished product? Would be greatly appreciated :)

For some reason, the driver installation keeps getting interrupted on my computer (Windows Vista 32-bit). Have any suggestions?

The Dazzle Platinum "HD" doesen't record in HD. They simply painted the Dazzle black/silver and called it "HD". If you are to record in HD you need an HDMI cable. However the It only takes S-Video and Composite. I'm confused. Am I wrong or are they false advertising?

Read the side of your box, if you have mine get the 101, but i believe both the 100/101 works for the new one.
