I love this "no reason"! The tendency of people to say "everything happens for a reason," usually in response to an unhappy event, has always driven me nuts. As if God was a puppeteer, who, with reasons unknown to us, makes bad things happen. Just so another meeting or occurrence can take place. It's an unreasonable belief, lol!

When there ares no reasons for what going on in my monkey mind, what freedom!

Its like forgiving myself, giving forth to whats happening in the mind and giving permission thats its OK and I am just a human experiencing. Wow, true surrender and peace. No more fighting or judging the mind.
