I'm half with you mr reviewer. I wish it would have at least been a separate/unrelated story to the first film. It really did feel like the exact same movie with different angles and slightly better acting. Maybe the third one will move on and do something new or exciting.
i watched the first one with my girlfriend at her place on a medium tv. Volume real loud and holding my chick who is a little scream box. It was the scariest movie i ever saw and i loved how it actually made me nervous recalling the movie after the fact.
The 2nd one i caught in theatres and it just wasn't as scary. It may have to do with the surveillance cameras. with a wide angle of view, it just made me feel safer then the first film.
Also there was a rumbling sound b4 something would happen.
As always nicely done. No way I would have watched this anyway but I always take enormous pleasure and satisfaction in the real entertainment and stimulation that your reviews provide! Glad you're back and glad you're posting. These efforts must be time consuming but they are appreciated.
