sufjan is so creative and innovative with his music. he has so much vision when it comes to the instruments as well as vocal performance. he is a true talent even with his lyrics. kudos for the upload.

Other artists would like to have these "outtakes" in their main albums!
My take on the song is that by "Pick Up" he doesn't mean a truck, but a spiritual experience.
