@rickdenise It's not yet. But, as more people collect pins and items, especially if it's a member, then after about a year it becomes really rare and people can go on and look at all the cool clothing, stamps, free items and stuff that was around a year ago!
It is not that rare now. It was just created so it only has the most recent pins and backgrounds. But as time goes on, it will become rare because there will be super rare pins from a long time ago, cool backgrounds and the penguin will also become a black belt!
