mina is my favorite of all soul cal fighters. what sucked is, if you play soul cal 4, they gave the majority of her moves to Kilik in SC4. they toned her down bigtime. still love her, but she needs more moves. kinda feel like they downed her just to make kilik more appealing to the masses. most people dont use the females in fighters.

Beat arcade mode with 8-9 different characters, you will unlock her eventually
