What a bass line - the slap parts are most wonderful. What scintillating arpeggios around 6:20. And the graha bhedam done at around 5:57 yields Shibhapantuvarali, a major melakarta raga. The piece however is based on 36th melakarta Raga Chalanata (same raga as baar baar haan bolo yaar haan). Eternal Ilayaraja!

the movie's name is "Ninaivellam Nithya" and i think the song is Pani vizhum Malarvanam" anyways I still enjoy hearing this piece then the song :)
