  • Hello fellow Van Sant. Nice vid! Love it.

  • Hello Kevin!

Can you tell me the differences between the Gibson Wes and the D'Angelico Excel 'Blonde'?Sound,feel,etc..I'm looking for a D'Angelico but I don't know about actual D'Angelico's.

I know the priced Gibson is better but...so much?

  • beautiful.........

  • Excellent and very tasty playing!! Pleasure to listen to you.

  • i donno why im like jazz...but im play jazz without any intention ...just come naturaly ...hmm.....why ?

  • @macnfs87 You might want to play it. try it out.

  • Sweet brother.

  • nice playing!!... cheap and annoying visual FX's t the beginning, but nice tone, though!

  • duuude that guy is amazing!!!

  • Beautiful version of what is one of my most favorite jazz tunes. Thanks for posting! Love your tone and chords.

  • nice

  • Jazz seems so random, yet it works so well... Its what I like about jazz, and why I want to learn jazz guitar. Very well played, man! Beautiful.

  • Seems is most definitely the key word. It's a very intricate art and takes a very long time to learn.

  • As with all music. Nothing is as it seems...

  • Mmm. Good response. We have exactly 12 notes. In the right combination, duration, and rhythm, they produce sounds oh so sweet! That, my friends, is why I love music! So seemingly simple, yet so very complex, or vise versa.

  • incredible tone, excellent playing

  • I saw it and thought: I must be dreaming! :D

  • you're an excellent player dude. i love this! spectacular tone you've got going on as well

  • is it easy to tab casiopea=down upbeat song on guitar?

  • Could you please clarify, I don't understand your point.

  • great playing kevin!

  • Kevin, that's cool! I love solo guitar that is improvised and not too thick with chords.

  • can je also play:D,... the jazz song from Frank sanatra,.. "fly me to the moon " that is een great song :D

  • Could you please tell me what guitar hanger you use for that white hollowbody guitar on the wall behind you? Doesn't that harm the finish of the guitar?? I want to know because I got a few nice hollowbody guitars I want to hang but am afraid that hangers might do the finish no good. (Is that an ibanez by the way)? Thanks very much!

  • thats a gibson cant you read the headstock?

  • he was obviously talking about the guitar on the wall.

  • I've seen some use a small, square of carpet, or pading, on the wall to keep the guitar from touching. As for wall hanger I like the Hercules one's the best. They have these levers that auto lock the guitar in place when you set the guitar on it. Very cool.

  • THX A LOT !!!

Im rlly suprised that you answer me that fast =)

  • 5/5 Thats Blues man ! ;-)

    But i have a questioen ..

with which programm you made this effect at the beginning ..

coz im searching this effect so long :)

  • I use Sony's Vegas for video editing. That effect is one that is part of their package. Might be called light rays or something like that.

  • What kind of amp is that?

  • I was plugged into my Acoustic Image Corus and recorded from the direct line out.

  • That's a real jazz guitar I'm sure Wes would have liked this model of Gibson .. you sir are a fantastic technician great playing. continue..

  • Hopefully ill be able to play like that some day, keep the videos coming please.

  • Very nice...

  • That is beautiful sounding guitar. How much was it. I'm thinking about getting one but it's so damn pricey.

  • this is so awsome! do u compose urself? i am completely new to jazz and this is a great introduction! once again good job, man

  • Enjoyable. Very nice.

  • Nice L-5 and chord work....

  • I really enjoy your videos. This is another great one. How do you get such sound clarity from your camera? What kind do you use?

  • Thanks, the camera is a Panasonic miniDV camcorder. For these recent videos I have been running the amp out directly into the computer. That's why the sound is so clear.

  • nice guitar , nice tone ..
