Bro, how many times have you hurt your ankles? Do they still hurt pretty bad most of the time? Do you just deal with it? I hurt my ankle pretty bad a while back and I'm wondering if it's something I'll just have to get over or not.. and should I even keep skating cause I'm already seventeen and I'm not very good haha

@CubertBeMySuitePee Do ankle rolls on a basketball and dont skate if they unbearably hurt. They really shouldn't hurt at all. I found out that tight muscles in the leg can also cause ankle pain, so look into treating leg knots to relieve pain in the foot.

@CubertBeMySuitePee My ankle was fucked up for hella long, like the ligaments or whatever inside I feel were all jacked n twisted up, and moving it in certain ways would hurt hella bad. I went to the doctors for physical therapy some, but it didn't really help, like I felt a knot in it. Then I went to a mexican witch doctor (sobadora), and she cracked/ popped it in a couple ways... it took less than one minute, didn't hurt at all, and now my ankle feels much better, and the knot/ pain is gone.
