About 15yrs ago there were a couple of child abductions & murders near the town I was living, & I used this to scare 2 kids who were playing noisily by my back yard.

I managed to tempt them into the house with lemonade- then announced that I’d locked all the doors & that they were going to be the ‘next victims’! I had then crying for nearly 30mins before I came clean & let them go. Police gave me a caution (fair enough) but my plan worked- I wasn’t disturbed by their football ever again!
