as i've watched almost all the videos, i've learned that miss angola actually speak english. i believe that it doesn't matter if the candidate can speak english. what matters is on how you carry the answer and how you intelligently you answer it. however, it is an advantage if you have an interpreter. the candidate can actually understand the question and after that, the interpreter will repeat the question. and the candidate will have much more time to think about the answer.
