I wasn't paying much attention to the game, so I was a bit confused when I realized I was still alive after hitting the ground... Next to me was a dead body, a pistol, and a nightstick... I lived because I landed on top of a police officer :D

here is a cheat, if you jump off a building and pull your parachute and fly right along side of the building, your parachute will deploy, but as long as you stay as close to the building as possible, from no matter how high you are, you wont die

good video and shit but thats not the tallest building the huge black one in San Fierro is (some people parchute the middle of it) for those who havent go check it out cant miss it if you take of in the desert runway in las vienturas. its near the first bridge linking sanfierro to las venturas no the railway but the bridge like the golden gate (theres 2 "golden gates") =D
