  • ive tried these cross eyed 3d videos and i cant get any to look for 3d at all for me

  • Comment removed

  • This is parallel view. Not cross eyed view. You focus beyond the screen.

  • it works. you have to cross your eyes correctly or it wont work

  • It WORKS~!

  • Didn't work. This is dumb.

  • Were can I buy 3D glasses

  • I hate me now, but 144 are really to stupid to watch 3D. REally. I've watched a tutorial and now I am a pro in cross eyed method! :D

  • I switched off the yt3d=true tag again. Now the video shows the way it is intended, but you can't adapt it to red/green glasses anymore.

So; just cross your eyes and see 3d!

  • If the image seems inverted, it may be because there are two ways of seeing the 3d. If your eyes focus in front of the image (crossed) then your right eye looks at left image and left eye looks at right image. If your eyes focus far beyond the image then your right eye looks at right image and left eye looks at left image.

  • i see 3 images

  • I tried these cross-eyes things and I get the third image in focus but it looks the same not 3d

  • Lol I crossed my eyes and saw 3 3d images

  • poeple dhat say its not working are stupid! it works you just dont know how to do it so instead of giving s**t to people go proctice!

  • im sorry, but as soon as I had my eyes crossed the video was over...

  • Fake

  • i tried it :O eet works

  • Every time i see a suggested video with 2 pictures like that, i try to focus on them.

  • That's pretty standard stuff.

  • L_O_W

    B_O_B

    Y_O_U

    SUCK

  • nice idea but i think it not good for people who watch this *_*

  • oh nvm it was a light thing at the end nothing wrong with the video (i think)

  • it worked or me but in the middle it was a bit weird... isn't it the same image? (it sould be different: you have to capture an image for each eye...) well done btw :)

  • Here's a 3D comment:

    L oL Lo L

    XD X D

Fu nn y F un ny

  • hahaha makes me feel pukey doing it

  • Car from Mafia 2

  • keine werbung

  • i see

  • Good

  • eh............

  • It won't work properly - the 3-d is inverted. the farther away it is, the closer it looks to the eyes. That's why there are so many dislikes - it's done wrong.

  • @chylerreckeaolgodhul Im almost sure it's not inverted: pause just before you see the car from full front (this is in the first second of the movie) if you look at the left image; you see the car's side a bit better than at the right image. This is like it would be in real: with your left eye, you would see more of the side than with your right eye.

    correct me if I'm wrong..

  • @blocbonbon Nah, it's the opposite. I am 100% sure it is inverted. Switch the sides the video is on...or watch it yourself. I see more of the side in the image on the right, when it should be the left.

  • @chylerreckeaolgodhul I switched on the yt3d tag so now you can switch the videos from the 3D menu next to the 360p button. But if I revert the sides, it looks terrible...

first you have to configure to see the videos next to each other again...

  • @chylerreckeaolgodhul Yes it is. I just swapped the images and this time I saw a 3d

  • @blocbonbon he's right, it's inverted. blue is supposed to be closer to the camera.

  • i saw it i love the cross eyed method

  • 92 people cant cross eye??????(hahaha its really 3d its fantastic)

  • cool illusion

  • This vid would be perfect if you made it loop using the puase anitation when you edit your vid on youtube, because the car is in the same positoin at the end of the vid as it is at the the begining of the vid.

..........Thumbs up so vid. guy makes it loop!

  • all i saw was 4 cars

  • 86 people can't simply cross eye.

  • which software did you use for making them side bye side??

  • Yeah, very good!

  • My eye just started twitching

  • This video, as uploaded, is not viewed correctly when the eyes are crossed. Crossing your eyes is basically looking at a point very close to your eyes (in front of the monitor), and if you try that with this video you WILL see depth.... it will just be totally wrong (inside out). To get the proper depth with this video (as uploaded) without the right yt3d tags you have to look at a point far behind the screen, close to infinity depending on your monitor size.

  • don't dislike the video just because you are not able to do that!

  • it looked like the cars were on top of each other xD

  • i don't get it.

  • @eugenioo12 Yeah so am I. I got freaked out when my eyes first focused. did you?

  • come on i can't go cross eyed!

  • I see four cars.

  • You cannot do the yt3d thingy if the object is taped from about 1-2 yards. It wont look good

  • Make Me BLIND will ya

  • @blocbonbon I can see the third car, but it's very fuzzy.. is that normal? when i start crossing my eyes it's fuzzier than when i'm watching a while

  • The only problem is that the video ends before I focus :))

  • i saw 4 cars lol and i went a little further my eyes would pop lol

  • @misternintendoman if you're seeing 4 cars, you might be to near your monitor, or concentrate not enough. try concentrate on the details on the car, it helped me seeing the third, center car. but i don't know what's the matter with this car ? :S xD

  • i this is paralel viewing video... try switching sides

  • Just mastered the method today, my eyes keep automatically crossing. I can see a cross eye 3D picture in 1 second of it starting :D

  • Im good at the tecnique, just the vid is a bit too short.

  • I saw 1 BIG car.

  • @eugenioo12

    mee too :D

  • @eugenioo12

lol ok I hope so xD

  • @eugenioo12 hehe nice! There are many more of these cross-eyed movies on youtube. Mostly actually nicer than this one ;-)

  • @blocbonbon I got it within a nano second. I'm getting pretty good at this!

  • i saw 4 cars! :\

  • It's called going crosseyed.

It shouldn't hurt. At least for me.

  • It worked! :D

But I think my eyes broke D:

  • how the hell do you cross your eyes!? |:

  • @C1995B true true :P :P :P

  • @C1995B Practice on still images before trying video. And keep trying. I gave up on it a while back and just figured it out today. Neat stuff. There are step by step instructions you can Google if you need them.

  • How do i do it??

  • @JamiroquaiDaMan cross your eyes and you will see three videos look in the middle

  • IT WORKED

  • i make my hands in the middle of the screen and me and make a little gap to only see the video in the middle :D

  • @blocbonbon "real" 3D involves going outside, socializing with friends and such. This is artificial 3D.

  • @Gurksterful yeah you can discuss on the definition of real. Fact is: I am interested in this stuff and you are obviously not.

  • @blocbonbon Do you usually jump to conclusions? Or do you just don't know what either "fact", "interested", "this", "you", "obviously" or "not" means?

I can guarantee you I am every bit as interested in artificial 3D as you are.

I'm sorry if my previous comment somehow had you believe otherwise.

  • This is 3D, but there's nothing else to compare the distance to the car... Should had added another car further away...

  • No 3D

  • wtf i dont get it i only saw 2 cars rotate ?????? somone please explain

  • @garibayja123 You have to cross your eyes and try to stare st the middle image.

  • @garibayja123 i too

  • I just cant do it... =(

  • yeah 3d was fine when i was a child not anymore im too big now haha

  • @blocbonbon this is real and really fun but this form of virtual 3d isn't actually twice the resolution cuz ur still dividing the screen into 2 ... when i did it i tilted my screen perfectly to line it up and once my eyes focused on it they stayed that way with out even trying to hold it

  • @adam8xz1 hmm ok, you're right about the resolution thing..

  • This video is inverted, the images should be flipped.

  • @MNC117 hum nope

    they're the right way

the right picture is slightly farther in its rotation and that is how you'd perceive a car turning in that direction

if the car rotated the other way round then it should be flipped

  • @Keh0ol You're right; the light on the car was messing with my eyes.

  • Wearing my Real 3d glasses. Works.

  • It worked for me

  • I think I saw 6 cars

  • @Davidtruthrock youre crossing them way too much, cross them so you only see 3 and then focus your eye on the middle one until its clear

  • the middle one is just blurry

  • @Nubic2010 Tilt your head to one of the sides, it works for me

  • @blocbonbon

real 3d means not faking 3d by means of an optical illusion (e.g. holograms)

the resolution isn't reduced with 3d images on TV or in cinema however

when you equip 3d goggles only light of a certain spectrum emitted from that picture (or as with cinemas: of one polarity) may pass each glass

this reduces luminosity but not resolution

both eyes can still see every pixel

in this case however resolution is reduced as you effectively cut the screen in half ;)

  • wtf i can see four cars

  • @gavril08 hehe, try to combine 2 into one then. It's hard if you're not able to control your eyes v well but its possible!

  • @gavril08 hehe, try to combine 2 into one then: the result is 3d like with those 3d tv's. It's hard if you're not able to control your eyes v well but its possible!

  • haha nice, i got it work

  • works! :D it's funny :)

  • "real" 3D is something entirely different

  • @Keh0ol

a 3d effect consists of perceiving depth... you perceive depth in your daily life because you have 2 eyes.. with 2 eyes you have 2 different images or perspectives of the same thing... this 2 videos of the same thing (the car) are different perspectives. So if you try combining them in a single one (cross-eyed) you will have a depth (better if done with cams standing on angles and distances as your eyes are).

The 3D you watch with glasses is a mere effect...

  • @Potterevans this is also a mere effect

the perception of depth is achieved by a simple trick

the very same trick that is used in modern 3D movies

there is no actual depth that could be perceived here this is also the cause for headaches some people keep getting when trying to watch these faked depth 3d images... the eyes have to adapt to different angles but the depth (and thus the focus of the lens) always remains the same ...behaviour our eyes are not used to

  • ok just cross your eyes until u see a middle car watch it and foucus on it it should come clear and in 3d in a couple trys

  • I see just three cars...

  • @SweTyNes The middle one should be 3d. If not, try twisting your head a bit to perfectly align horizontally..

  • @SweTyNes Focus on the center car

  • @SweTyNes Maybe That's Why its '3'D!!

  • dont put it to Full Screen Just use Cross Eye and you will see!

    GREAT JOB!

  • sick:D

  • now thats 3d! good job!

  • im getting realy good at this- now i just need to practice closing ads while crossing my eyes!

  • I can't see this "3D".Its fake

  • @MrTREBORss No its not fake you lazy **, read the description!!

  • all i saw was like 8 cars...

  • @Talhanator impressive work :D

  • @blocbonbon thsnx :D

  • Sorry guys, only now I found out that Youtube changed the way that the yt3d:enable=true tag works and for a while the video was displayed in the wrong way! I removed the tag so you see the original again.

    Happy cross eyeing!

  • is thids car from Mafia II ??

  • The good thing about this is when you get everithing right, then it's like 1080p i'm serious it's CRYSTAL CLEAR.:D

  • hiiii, what is it?????

  • @HEMANTTAUNK A 3-D video.

  • not working

  • I see 4 Cars.

  • @adamgamedev Once you cross your eyes so you see 4 cars. Slowly uncross your eyes until you see 3 cars. Then focus on the center car. Once you get it right your eyes will automatically focus on the center car. T uncross your eyes, look away from the screen, close your eyes for a long time, or blink really rapidly.

  • For what the Mirror Split?

  • @yamigosaya No. For cross eyed.

  • you need 3D glasses or you can cross your eyes which is really simple

  • I only started watching these cross-eyed 3D's today, and already I only need about half a second to switch into the cross-eyed mode or whatever to call it. :P

  • dudee there not in sync

  • ahh! i feel tired when i come out of it

  • Its a big mistake youtube does not use the free-see-option cross-eyes as default. everytime i am deleting all cookies my cross-eyed-setting is gone.

  • your video shows the cross-eye effect in a great way! thank you

  • neat

  • What is parallel, and how do you suppose to use it? (sorry for my bad English)

  • Cool! I sat about 1~1.5 meters away from my 17" display to waching this in fullscreen. And I finally managed to see this in 3D and without wrong distance eye focus making everything blur. The longer the distance to display - the less it takes to cross your eyes :)

  • my eyes hurts after focusing on it... that is why we need 3d glasses

  • real 3D is out there.

Seeing too much 3D that you can't touch might bring you to death.

  • Lol Nice

  • YouTube supports all kind of 3d wooooooooooooooooooooo

  • this does need to be actualy Divided into two Pictures

  • @ylimani You do need to be actually able to use menus.

  • wow it works

  • @aveman3 guy your dont now it but on the right of de video stands 3d press on it and then cross eye and crass your eyes it works

  • @aveman3 ha your retards make me laugh! you need to cross your eyes

  • @aveman3 if you use the drop down under 3d and choose cross eyed then go cross eyed and focus on the middle one its really easy to keep it going when you've got it and you can even focus perfectly

  • @aveman3 u dont know the cross eye technique?

  • @aveman3 use crosseyed

  • @aveman3 That is why you can change the 3-D mode to a mode where you don't need glasses. I set mine to cross eyed. There's others that don't require 3-D glasses such as the row and column interleave ones. But since those ones are in alpha testing. They won't work to well. I preffer cross-eyed.

  • Theres no space so it makesit harder

  • switch them they are out of order

  • whoa the mirror split when cross-eyed is trippy

  • How the fuck does one cross their eyes?

  • @TagMandDK xD

  • i can't tell the difference crossing my eyes...

  • you need anaglyphic glasses not real 3d, real 3d is circular polarised

  • doesn't work

  • No no no. You guys arent doing it right. You have to reverse the reds and cyans so the object actually POPS OUT of the screen, not sink deeper.

  • Works great!!!!! Thanx.

  • That worked great, just go close and cross your eyes. You will

  • i only see 2

  • Its blurry when I cross my eyes.

  • not to ruin the fun, but doesnt crossing your eyes for long damage them?

  • OH YAY! IT WORKS! :D

  • How the hell did you see 3 cars? You've only got 2 eyes, your brain should only see 2 images at once. This is mystifying.

  • @HalSamuel Cross your eyes so that you see three. If you see four, then you are crossing them too much.

  • Funny how some people say it works, the guy clearly put the wrong description here, it's anaglyph 3d which means you need red-blue glasses to see it.

  • Wth do i cross my eyes? im tired of this crap, not evevryone can cross their eyes.
