I myself have depression. Although I am not transsexual. I think you said something about asperger's in another one of your videos. I am high-functioning autistic which is basically the same.
You should so cardio for one hour a day for six days a week. You should also cut down on carbs and eat more salad and greens. I would not suggest lift heavy weights. This way by loosing far about your waste your breast may look larger.
Hi dear how are you? ^ ^ I wanted to know only one thing, if you stop taking female hormones what would happen to your body? He will go back to normal and I would be disfigured or would be kept up where you left off?
I've always followed your process but haven't commented in a long time as you don't need my little trolls following me to your page as happened last time.
I thought that you looked great at your first 6 months but you look fantastic now. Your body just seems right, rounded feminine arms, you must be carrying yourself more confidently, too, as your posture makes a world of difference as to how you're perceived.
Disagree that there are no more changes after 3 years of HRT. It's more subtle, but there are still more changes. The biggest change happens if you have SRS (can't speak for non-ops). Even though, in theory, you're taking anti-androgens and your T levels should be low, I noticed that several years after SRS there were a lot more changes. T stays in your system for nearly 18 mos. after SRS, and after that is gone, you change even more.
Congrats on 3 years of hormones! The audio is OK if one turns the speakers up most of the way. About bodily curves, some people have different body types/builds than others. Estrogen can affect hair depending on what type of hair one had before, normally it makes the hair thicker and more durable and soft, compared to male hair which is brittle, thin . That was my experience with hair before and after hormones.
I dunno, you got a pretty nice booty! Maybe not wide, but, uhm.... deep? Very personal, I know, but even tho your breasts aren't large, did your nipples change or get all tender (breast-buds)? (Heh! Wanna be breast buds? O I so funny!)
Hey hun, I have been following you from pretty much the 1st few vids you made. You really look beautiful and I think you pass very well. Bit more make-up would really compliment your already great looks ;} About breasts I have also heard that you have certain nutritions that can really have effect on them. As 1 girl I know had a small breast size. Then she started taking breast grow ( A nutrition supplement ) and it really had effect. So you could always look into that. It cant hurt to try X
@LainWest The funny thing is that you can't get those hormones in the wild. If it wasn't for modern technology, this wouldn't be possible. I can't imagine how much money you've spent on hormones over the years, I wonder how many kids in Africa had to die for your vanity. I won't point to religion like most of the people on here, I'll just write the facts.
@DJRedMEDIA How does this have anything to do with kids dying in Africa? And this doesn't have anything to do with vanity, you clearly don't understand anything about transsexualism
@LainWest@DJRedMEDIA how dare you. why dont your rap buddies help feed them, or you for that matter and why just africa, huh. are you racist your obviously a male chauvinist pig and discriminate against non 'straight' people. but thats right the songs on your channel call women bitches, i could call you something but i wont stupe to your level, you having trouble with the big words yet. sorry but he had that coming. lain you look fabulous and im past the age to fish for compliments.
@titecuteazz - If you did "stoop," it would just be giving credence to the persecution complex, like throwing a rock thru the window of Westboro's church van. It's never okay for a non-African American to call one a "n*gg*r." But it is always okay for them to call you a "faggot." I've always thought of that as one of life's quirky little ironies. Meanwhile, on a ''Silders'' parallel earth, everyone uses racial epithets as their synonyms for all things bad, boring, undesirable, etc.
@DJRedMEDIA - "I can't imagine how much money you've spent on hormones over the years, I wonder how many kids in Africa had to die for your vanity." I wonder how many rainforests and their native residents had to get fuxx0rd to get all those nifty cancer treatment drugs. Those dirty drug companies, they're making Captain Planet cry.
@msseabreeze1 I'm a guy and I would 'do' you. but first, work a little on the breast-part, second you can't sit with your legs open wide. Anymore that is, now you are a woman, except for the boobies ;-)
Dealing with other problems can be a huge thing to overcome. When I first came out my counselor would not give any recommendations to start transition because I had a huge problem with BP and Social Phobia and was very unstable. It has taken 6 years of counseling and medication and another 2 years of learning myself to get on top of it all. It takes a huge amount of self awareness and life changes to manage it, I even change my diet to help out. Keep at it, you will work it all out in time :-)
Nyallo! You look great! I went for voice therapy too and just by listening to you your voice seems pretty ok! Mine is rougher I would say lol and does not sound as feminine as yours ^^ Anyway, It's kewl to see that you're ok =^^=!
It was a pleasant surpise to see another video from you. You're looking good and seem to be dealing with life a little better. Thanks for the update. BTW, what's up with your cat? :)
Hi Lucy, it's always good to see you. I've followed your vlogs for quite some time and I am very impressed with how much progress you've made emotionally. I think personality has quite a lot to do with how attractive someone appears and the combination of your natural looks and personality makes you beautiful. Keep moving forward and thanks for the update.
@writerdamien I'll definitely be doing a few more in the near future, but I don't think I'm going to resume the Castlevania one. I'm glad you like them though!
@LainWest it also takes time for the body to rebuild recepters to the hormones, but from my own understanding, it takes between 4-8 years to really feel the full effects of the hormones, but i could be wrong, sadly i've only been on hormones for 1 and 1/2 months so far :(
I've been watching your videos ever-sense I started dealing with my gender issues a couple years ago. They are always helpful and encouraging. I think the results you've achieved are amazing. Looking great!
You are a very beautiful woman! Blessings!

You seem more like your old self! As for makeup and self confidence, I just had a wonderful FFS, and I STILL like myself with makeup better.
Your tush is bigger. Boobs sneak up on you. I was small for 2 years after starting hormones, then... suddenly... Be patient.
You have grown into a beautiful young lady. You're lucky you started when you were young.

I've heard that over a period of seven years, your body replaces every single cell you have, so I'd guess 7 years would be the drop dead date.
