Amorc has nothing to do with ancient Rosicrucianism or even Masonry.. It was founded only last century. The SRIA, and other Orders are much older than this.

@k0k04ever actually i am into black magic now. When i posted this a while ago i knew nothing and i am not ashamed to admit it. Now that i have had some conjuring practice and i created my own succubus and doing spells with out materials, i am quite happy to say i respect the occult secrets i have found. Near my home was a masonic temple so I was accepted but do find this rosacrucian society drawing me towards it, we have the rose croix which is the same as the old order and will join when able to in time. But americans are lucky to have places and meuseams like this one as we dont have anything like it except in masonic temples.

I really took to heart the statement that we all have our own divine spark within us. I think the basic teachings of the Rosicrucian Order are wonderful, however, it has been infiltrated and is used within the NWO and Freemasonry circles. It's that part I don't trust. That being said, what "hasn't" been infiltrated? Use discernment in your studies. The original teachings were for those with pure of heart, and not meant to have any religious faction dominate it's core.

One can't deny there's been a blending within these organizations in the past and the teachings haven't been corrupted in some branches. That doesn't mean there isnt true RC teachings somewhere. There are people who enjoy the teachings and like to study it but much more is hidden in the rose croix like with all the real mysteries you need to start in freemasonry.
@beginization Indeed there is much hidden and there are many within Freemasonry that are also members of the AMORC. I'm not a Freemason but I imagine many of the teachings parallel each other. There are members who although they study, remain on the fringe with regard to knowledge and then there are those who emerse themselves completely in the mysteries and progress (eventually) into the deeper meaning of the Rose Croix.
@B0ssho99 Yes some people have a real passion for knowledge, I had a chance to join freemasonry and now finding out about these other orders and which are still active. I did a ancient markman degree to get my mark and entered into the ancient book of marks in freemasonry. I will join rose croix soon after I complete the holy royal arch.

@demigodof9 A near death experience can help drive one to see the world differently or anew, I fell into these questions after having a motor bike accident. Near my home was a masonic temple so I was accepted but do find this rosacrucian society drawing me towards it, we have the rose croix which is the same as the old order and will join when able to in time. But americans are lucky to have places and meuseams like this one as we dont have anything like it except in masonic temples.

@beginization Actually no and no; the Official Order is A.M.O.R.C. and the masons know this. how do i know? simple theres tons of 32-33 degree and lower masons who have come to AMORC. in fact many have stated (masons) that AMORC is vaster in knowledge than masonry by far far more. not to expound that "size does matter" as an extrapolated cliche' in this too but it is many years of study in AMORC versus the paltry few in any masonic order. so the offcial? naw, worlwide its AMORC research it.

@beginization im not active anymore but, yeah they do have a massive archive.. because AMORC has become a fart in the wind compared to the "old guard" and has become a more "Christianized" rendition with a smack of "churchology", i left it. no tradition should adhere to or become a fundamentalist group. they do however have a massive collection of info and yes its mixed. Christianity is along with the other 2(islam judaism ) a stigma to the true or original reason for rose croix and masonry

I really took to heart the statement that we all have our own divine spark within us. Granted as with anything there are always those more advanced on their set path ready to divulge what has enlightened them to that point. But if we all have the divine spark within us than we need look no further than within ourselves to be in touch with it. To me this is the best way so as not to be mislead or coursed into another s way of thinking. For we all need that to unfold in our own unique way.

This perennial philosophy ALSO extends to the East - from Zen to most forms of Buddhism, Jainism, Hinduism. The great Joseph Campbell used the term monomyth to describe the way these themes are inflected over and over - even when the cultures aren't historically connected. As a mystic, I can even see it allegorically in Christianity, as the Gnostics did. The divine is accessible for the irreligious...that's one thing I can definitely attest to.

I think the basic teachings of the Rosicrucian Order are wonderful, however, it has been infiltrated and is used within the NWO and Freemasonry circles. It's that part I don't trust. That being said, what "hasn't" been infiltrated? Use discernment in your studies. The original teachings were for those with pure of heart, and not meant to have any religious faction dominate it's core.

@jmc123able Corruption is hard to deny and easily suspected. Not FM in particular. Main point is "RC has been infiltrated." One can't deny there's been a blending within these organizations in the past and the teachings haven't been corrupted in some branches. That doesn't mean there isnt true RC teachings somewhere. AMORC is an offshoot; perhaps they continue strict adherence to the teachings, but Aleister Crowley's twisted use of RC is documented, and he was connected to FM. Just Sayin'.

That sentence merely stated: Rosicrucians as an organization acknowledge the existence of a greater power, but have no opinion about the exact nature of this power. So its not a contradiction, and even if it were, it still would not be a confirmation. You just see what you want to believe.

There are people who enjoy the teachings and like to study it but much more is hidden in the rose croix like with all the real mysteries you need to start in freemasonry.

@beginization Indeed there is much hidden and there are many within Freemasonry that are also members of the AMORC. I'm not a Freemason but I imagine many of the teachings parallel each other. There are members who although they study, remain on the fringe with regard to knowledge and then there are those who emerse themselves completely in the mysteries and progress (eventually) into the deeper meaning of the Rose Croix.

I did a ancient markman degree to get my mark and entered into the ancient book of marks in freemasonry. I will join rose croix soon after I complete the holy royal arch.
I think this is great that so many more people are getting involved as these are spiritual and morally enriching teachings.

To the individual who claims that the Rosicrucian Order is out to eradicate the "Dark Arts" , I would suggest joining the group before making judgment and get your facts strait. There are many misinformed folk both on the RHP and LHP. The Rosicrucian Order can enhance what ever it is you are. My deep respect to this order that welcomes all to learn and grow.
