@MarkusAir2000 no hip flexors. Just hamstring pull. Check out the drills and exercises for that. If you specifically focus on you ankle going under your hip - everything falls into place. The pull is not a reaction to the hamstring firing, it's a focused action that is specifically taught. You are supposed to pull your foot up with a hamstring.
But, how you pull foot under the hip using only hamstrings? When I use only hamstrings, then leg gets curled behind. Hip flexors are needed also?

Should I relax the ankle?
I tend to tighten that ankle when pulling the foot off and falling also.
