I really love organic Sumatra and organic Brazil from Daterra in the Chemex. Some Columbian coffees are also good in it and of course African coffees like Ethiopia and Kenya but I like them even more in Hario(the medium size is only good for 350-500ml that is for me and one other person) because the light body of those coffees shines through but becomes a bit too heavy in the Chemex.
A very nice clip, one that makes me want to enjoy a cup made in a Chemex. I note the circular pouring motion that gets all the grounds nice and soaked.
