  • I think Diane Keaton looks much better as she ages than when she first started out. This might just be due to the time period when she was very young.

  • I can't understand why she doesn't sing more often.

I saw her sing on, I think it was the tonight show, and it brought tears to my eyes.

  • I always liked Diane Keaton, but it was her singing this in Radio Days that made me fall madly in love with her.

  • FANTASTICAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

  • I LOVE RADIO DAYS , WOODY ALLEN'S LOVE LETTER TO THE 1940'S , GREAT FUNNY MOVIE . IF YOU CAN GET IT WATCH IT . THANKS

  • @bearcub410 You're 100% right - a fabulous survey done by someone who not only loves the music of the period, but also intellectually understands it and it's impact upon those who listen to it.

  • Sweet Sweet Voice!!!!!

    Diane i love you!!!!

  • Diane Keaton looked so much younger here than she did in Godfather III. Weird. Even much younger than in Annie Hall, The first two Godfathers, etc. I couldn't believe she was 41 years old here. She looked 21 tops.

  • @83survivor yeah, something about the 1940s that makes women look young - the WOWomen factor! I was born during the 1940s and have a life long fascination of it - aside from the "new" that a child experiences - I continue to want that glammor of the 1940s back into life - it really was more interesting - as were the 1930s - fashions, cars, movies, literature...

  • This is a great film and this scene is wonderful. Thanks for sharing it.

  • Very early in her career, what a great singer! Is this before or after The Godfather?

  • "Radio Days" came out in 1987. So it was after the first two Godfather films, and before the third, which came out in 1990.

  • and a decade after Annie Hall, too. What was the last Woody Allen movie she's done?

  • I *think* it was Manhattan Murder Mystery in '93.

  • That's a long time from Annie Hall and earlier films before her big success. I wonder why she stopped working with him.

  • I guess he was writing parts with Mia Farrow in mind.

  • Well, that's true. Hannah And Her Sisters was Allen's valentine to Mia.

  • This is 1987, 15 years after the godfather...

  • Thanks. It felt like before,

  • omg

  • love her here...LOVE this movie..i've watched it countless times.

  • could somebody tell me what that movie is?

    thanks

  • radio days

  • Great movie, wonderful version of this classic song. Sadly, it is not included in the movie soundtrack.

  • She sings better than Scarlett Johansson does.

    Itzik Basman

  • Yeah so much better (and better play).

  • greeetings comrade

    Itzik Basman

  • that's not difficult to do.

  • I love this song so much.. That is just the most beautiful classic voice I have ever heard.

  • Oh look at her eyes it is Diane.

  • She is. This is when she was very young.

  • this really is an incredible movie and i'm not sure that anyone in my age group knows about it, even the woody allen fans....le sigh. a fantastic memories piece

  • If only she had produced more of a legacy as a singer to parallel her great acting career...

  • best movie ever.
