I think the Dub for this Anime is Awesome, Everyones voice fits well... This is one of best Anime's Ive ever watched, its definitely worth your time, i Loved every Episode :D... This anime and Gunbuster 2/Diebuster are just crazy, insane, over the top and full of pure awesome. I highly recommend them. Also, avoid dubbing for anything not Trigun or Cowboy Bebop, as they all suck and it is much better to listen to the native language anyway.
