it kinda looks like you got the muzzle flash straight from a cartoon. add enviromental glow, and more smoke, and switch up the flashes every few frames to make it look realistic and if you wanna keep the same flashes you used blur them in every direction and smuther it with smoke to make it look alot better add enviromental glow by duplicating the footage layer and changing it to blending mode add. and masking the parts of the footage that would be eafected by the glow and turn the feather up

But i think the thompson mag is a little long u shood make a 20 round mag instead its easier cuz its length is right about the handle length

thanks man. the wiggle was done in post using motion tracking, but it is real camera shake
