  • haha

  • Amen...no kidding...this is what we use to do to show ourselves and other people what music could give,.....Thanks Bill....To the good start and all that follows<<<<jam On...laterLon

  • 怎么回事

  • "U.F.O. Live" is one of the best Live-Records ever made. The days before Schenker were real U.F.O. One of my favorite band in the 70s...

  • I Grow Up With Music of UFO

    and Still Love It

    Dobra stara vremena

  • Where did this guitarist go?

  • It cracks me up when people compare this to later music by UFO. This is a hodge-

podge of styles here. Trying to sound like Black Sabbath one moment then Canned

Heat the next and taking lyrics from both Free and Led Zeppelin at the time even

though The Hunter was being used by both of them and was from early blues

like Muddy Waters and John Lee Hooker at least they did it right. This sounds

erratic and sloppy compared to the music that made UFO a Phenomenal Band.

  • very black sabbath sounding,I think I like this better than the schenker stuff, the goldtop is way cool er than a 60s V anyway

  • U.F.O., una de mis bandas favoritas de todos los tiempos con o sin el gran Michael...

    Saludos.

  • Pete Way still looks the same.

  • Love this band!...great chemistry

  • cool! thank you poster man

  • Das waren noch Zeiten!

  • @Nugent69

da hast du vollkommen recht, kommen leider nie wieder.

  • Great posting man!! I totally dig UFO!!

  • any monkey lord fans think the guitarist looks a bit like chappers lol, or to be more accuarate rob chappers looks a bit like him

  • you know mick bolton was really pretty good. Must have sucked when they told him he was replaced

  • aun conservo el disco de vynil de grandes exitos de este grupázo, me recuerda a mi hermana en new orleans, saludos sarasota75

  • ULTRA COOL! ONLY ON YT!

    OUT-FREAKIN'-STANDING!

My first concert ever was in 1977 or 78? - Max Webster, UFO, and Rush. It was the "Obsession" tour.

  • guess Rush blew them away

  • UFOdaaaaa!!!UFO é foda porra!!!

  • Boogie that this Song for ever...

  • Where is Mick Bolton now? Help me"

  • Really great rare classic stuff here!!! 1ST 3 UFO LP's were true classics! On the LIVE LP remember Moog saying Boltons fingers are bleedind, but we are going to play 1 more!!!! Thanks for sharing, revup67. Recordman1207.

  • Love Pete Way, great jam, don't care for the vocal

  • Love the Space Rock era.

  • This song is...righteous...

I gotta learn to play this!!!

Now all I need is a Marshall super lead...

    Thats the hard part lol!

Did UFO ever play this with Michael Schenker?

  • actually i like much better the album version, in the live in tokyo too

  • It is from "UFO 1"

  • what is this album called?

  • Awesome vid from an all-too-forgotten era of UFO's reign of rock excellence.

  • ahh the days when musicians spent time playing music and not working out in the gym.

  • Hilarious.....yes a couple of these guys cursed w/ thinness like me in thy youth. This singer is awesome! What a voice! Huge UFO Fan. So sad many have never heard of UFO yet their first LP was 1969 (same year as Zeppelin and Yes debuts).

  • PHIL INFLUENCIO A DICKINSON

  • BRITISH METAL ..YEAH

  • Not.German!

  • Sorry,But what I mean is Shenker is German. These cats are all Britts.

  • Pete Way is so awesome!!!! I love the pre-Schenker UFO>

  • the drummer is totaly bill ward influenced

  • Pete way sounds like geezer butler cool!

  • lets hear it for phil mogg too

  • Actually Schenker was with them for five years. No one is saying that the other guys aren´t good players, it´s just that Schenker was so talented, innovative and different at that time.

  • Wow this is great shit! Pete Way is fucking amazing I can see why he was such an influence on Steve Harris.

  • Where was this stuff hidin'? I love these old music videos!!! Thanks to whoever drug em' out of the archives.... all I can say is more more more!!!

  • blue cheer? I lost them can you get blue cheer on cd,also atomic rooster(in hearing of atomic roster.

  • This is great! BIG fan of UFO, but have never heard this pre-Schenker stuff. Very cool.

  • There are many albums worth checking out. The "pre Schenker" comment so prevelant is odd as he was their third guitarist and the one who lasted the least amount of time. Overall he was only there three years total. Sure, the most sucessful years!

  • The funny thing is most of the great songs by UFO was actually guitar solo/instrumental solo and schenker/mog/way just added the lyrics...so I guesss the real star of the show was the guy playing Lipstick Traces with his feet.

  • Wow, thanks God they found Schenker.

    The boys look very weird.

I hate those 60s dizzy cameras movements.

  • Lets get old Mick back for a reunion album and tour.

  • I'm in the same way too ! For me, this was the best incarnation of UFO and the most raw, wild and that was true Hard Rock and early true Metal, at his best with Mick Bolton (most underrated guitarist with Paul Rudolph (Pink Fairies). I've those pictures on 1 of my DVD. I'm a big fan of UFO first period (UFO 1, FLYING and the Live in Japan). In the same vein of the MC5, Stooges, Stray, Pink Fairies, Edgar Broughton, Blue Cheer, etc... Thanks. The Swiss rockin'lumberjack

  • Most Cool !!!

Love their first 2 Records most!

  • way best song of UFO!

  • This has got to be from "Beat Club". The silver glitter Ludwig kit and the Orange amps are the giveaway. "1" and "Flying" are massively underrated albums. Bolton was a fantastic, unpretentious improviser, and I'll stick with him as my favorite UFO axeman. It's about the feel, not the notes!

  • I'm glad we think in the same way of the first 2 records

  • This may be a stupid question, but why are the amps and drumkit the givaaway for Beat Club? Was it standard equipment in that show?

  • Yes, Orange amplification was indeed standard on Beat Club. You'll see Iron Butterfly, Black Sabbath, and even the Byrds using the same exac setup on selected clips ca. 1970-71.

  • Saw this lot at the Apollo in Manchester late 70's - pre Schenker I think - not sure - supported by Def Leppard beliwve it or not!!!! Sim

  • Schenker joined in like 1974 or 75

  • Fantastic never knew this existed. 'Boogie for George'Mick Bolton on guitar later to become their roadie if I remember correctly.

  • thank you SO much for posting this... WOW!

  • It's pre Schenker but is very nice.Phil Mogg looks weird in this video.
