  • I can't believe I actually agree with Cenk about something

  • its not fair when you make a video and cast your brother at 3:23

  • LOL. That woman donated 80% of her money but somehow we can't depend on private donations to help the poor.

  • 2:23

You don't have the right to consume the things you consume? (Huh?!?) You think you should be taxed more, but instead of overpaying your taxes (which you're allowed to do) you gave to charity. Then, as commendable as that action was, your next remark bashes charity as a way to help the poor, as though the govt is so much better at it than you.

Protesters. Full of opinions, but short on logic.

  • I am sure Gary Johnson was a great Governor, but he has almost no charisma. Its hard to get anywhere in a national election without that.

  • @help4343 Unfortunately it is. I'm still learning about Gary and so as of now I wouldn't vote for him, but I'd be okay with him in office. Sadly I know it won't happen. I still don't plan on voting this year. I refuse to cast my ballot in this fucked up system.

  • Gary is one of the best, one of the most season politicians ever.

  • Seriously, these people have nothing better to do then protest some message that is completely incoherent.

  • Former Tea Party member joins Occupy Wall Street when the Right-Wing hijacked the Tea Party. Libertarianism unites both sides.

  • this mane i too sane to be a president

  • Paul-Johnson 2012!!

  • This needs to go viral. Gary Johnson 2012!

  • I gotta say, I agree with the woman that "you can't relying on people's kindlessness to take care of the poor". However, I am all for Socialism (the REAL socialism, not the corrupt examples that have deluded the definition of the term), I am still casting my vote over to Ron Paul this go around. Ron Paul supports freedom, small businesses, renewable energy, and a balanced budget; I can vouch for that..

  • Gary Johnson & Ron Paul!!

  • OWS is not your friend, Mr. Johnson, just move along. They are mostly big-government types, who want the government to regulate business more, and subsidize them. I suggest talking to Objectivists at the Ayn Rand Institute to find better friends. Perhaps they could even convince you that the way to eliminate the terrorist threat is to eliminate one of the foremost state sponsors of terrorism, who is already at war with the West by terrorist proxy: Iran.

  • Look up:

    Dump the two-party system appeal-democrat

  • I will be voting for Gary Johnson and I will devote my website to getting him elected.

    mootsagootsa

  • What? A politician talking to people? And he's not in a suit??

  • Ok, I gotta talk straight with you guys. I absolutely love Ron Paul. Such an incorruptible man. But let's be honest, he's getting up in years. It's not until recently that his message has begun to be seriously heard. If he isn't elected this time around, and he is gone before the following election, we need to put Mr. Johnson up where Dr. Paul left off. Either way, we need to put one of either of them in the White House!!!

  • I hope and wish Gary Johnson stays around because man he is one of the few libertarians in the government.

  • People, I would recommend going on videos that support Ron Paul and telling them that if Ron Paul doesn't become the candidate, then they should vote Gary Johnson - get all their votes for Gary.

  • @RepublicofCannabeer I think he has endorsed Ron Paul, but if Ron Paul doesn't become a presidential candidate, then please vote for Gary Johnson.

  • @qwerty123389 Ron Paul/Gary Johnson 2012. They would make an awesome team.

  • RON PAUL 2012

  • FairTax? That's why I'm voting for Tiffany Briscoe

  • He's a straight shooter who didn't belong in the GOP. Much better to see him as a Libertarian or Independent. Don't agree with him on everything, but I hope he can get his voice heard.

  • The lady he described his progressive tax idea from 1:17-3:15 just didn't make any sense. She inherited money from Bush's estate tax cut then gave 80% of it away. She says she has money but still calls herself poor? It's one thing to help your fellow man, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't stay on their feet as well. Civil librarians believe in personal responsibility, which this lady doesn't get. Props to Gary for being diplomatic and respectful though.

  • @jteruel671

Right. Only, the librarian in my library would not agree with you. If you don't know what I'm talking about, read what you wrote again.

  • @Saint7781 Oops. Civil Libertarians. I stand corrected.

  • Cenk is a typical hysterical lefty.

  • Solid back up to Ron Paul. I can't wait to kill neoconservatism this year. If Obummer wins so be it I own gold and the bankruptcy happens on a dems watch. Thus killing the democrat party. Liberty by 2016!

  • Ron Paul 2012!!!!

  • Whats with the constant nodding?

  • PRO LGBT EQUAL RIGHTS, PRO CHOICE, END IRS/FED RESERVE CRIME. Ex New Mexico Governor GARY JOHNSON and his multiracial past administration and large swing Latino vote tallies as a moderate Republican who wants to decriminalize many drugs from the DEA crime racket and prison industries, has left the GOP to seek nomination as a Libertarian. The 2012 race got more interesting. He's Ron Paul Lite without the Neo Nazi/Confederates racist networks.

  • @planetlockdown

Don't split the Libertarian vote, please.

  • the 21 likes are Obamas wife and all her secretary assistances

  • RON PAUL GARY JOHNSON TICKET 2012, Judge Andrew Napolitano for head of the supreme court.

  • Let's be honest, I love Gary Johnson, but voting for him will only dilute the libertarian vote. Vote for Ron Paul this time around and in 2016 or 2020, Gary Johnson will have a shitload of supporters!

  • @REDRAPIST Dude, I understand what your saying, but it makes no sense to forecast as far into the future as you have done. By this time next year, the united states financial system will be 10 times worse (japan and china will stop buying the U.S debt, our taxes will shoot up, and the government will have to liquidate half the countys gold reserves just to prevent immediate insolvency).

Some people are even saying a global currency will be established, though I can't see what good that'll do.

  • fuk estate tax

  • You can raise taxes 100 percent on people and it still wouldn't be enough to pay principle and interest on debt.

  • Why don't we see more of Gary Johnson in the debates?? Is the establish trying to black him out also?

  • @stropssports yes

  • Is there a reason.tv youtube is not letting me watch this?

  • That's it; I'm voting for Gary Johnson. I hope he runs with the Libertarian Party. That woman can say "tax me more" and "kindess of strangers doesn't work", but she seemed pretty good donating her money away on her own. If she chooses to give her money away, then let others choose. Bitch, mind yo' self.

  • @ledawg1138

I like Gary Johnson. But you should definitely think about voting for Ron Paul and vote for Gary Johnson when he runs in 2016 or 2020. Ron Paul has a far better chance of winning and is already at the top in Iowa.

  • @PlaystFreak Ron Paul/Gary Johnson. Anybody?

  • I hate all these upper middle age bitches I see getting interviewed that say they want higher taxes, cause every fucking one of them inherited their money, they don't have any idea of the difficulty in running a successful business.

  • You know you're screwed as a presidential candidate when you're reduced to doing man on the (wall) street interviews for Reason TV. Ouch!

  • Gary Johnson is a really cool guy

  • Cenk! YAY! :)

  • Lol that lady talks about wanting a government that represents them, and yet she doesn't want to listen to a politician to let them represent them.

  • @VisualK3i94 Worse, she wants the government to use force to take people's money. She says she should be taxed more. I say no one is stopping her from making a voluntary donation to the Treasury, the Pentagon, whatever she loves about authoritarian government.

  • OWS AND TEA PARTY UNITE!!! Set ASIDE your differences and UNITE against CORPORATIONS AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT!

  • This is the first time that I've seen Cenk Uygur from Young Turks actually be fair and talk some sense instead of being a shit bag. Good for him.

  • "Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety." - Benjamin Franklin

  • @sskinner99 I couldn't have said it better myself! I hope Gary Johnson gets all the Ron Paul supporters after President Paul wins his re-election in 2020. That way, we can just stay on a liberty streak and have President Johnson in office in 2021.

  • two master degrees... There's your freaking problem dude.

  • @murkythreat His problem is that he's highly educated and highly qualified, and can't get a job as an educator?

  • Seriously, how the fuck can you be unemployed for 2 1/2 years??? REALLY? Come on..

  • lol random cenk.......................

  • Love Governor Johnson, but he was far too deferential to these douches.

  • "I voluntarily gave a ton of money to charity, but that's just because I'm better than everyone else, therefore relying on voluntary charity will kill off all poor people."

  • What the f*ck is keeping Glasses Woman from donating more taxes? An invitation?

  • Well then she wasted 80% of her money! She said that civil libertarian acts of private, voluntary charity doesn't work, yet that's exactly what she did! She chose to give that money away. She should've given it to the government if only public welfare works. And even if she did, she'd be voluntarily writing a check to the Treasury. Yet she advocates using force on everyone else. Makes sense. (not)

  • @SchuldinerIsGod91 she gave it back to society because that is the RIGHT thing to do, she recognizes that does NOT solve the problem, her act of deeply considered charity does NOT solve the wealth disparity problem, it does not solve poverty and it does not stop corporate exploitation of our laws and our workers. how do you people not understand these basic things? I can't believe how people you take an example like hers and say "see how easy it is, just write a check!". absolutely ridiculous.

  • @truthslap Do you understand the difference between voluntary actions and coercion? The government forces you to pay taxes. Charity is voluntary. I do believe charity is the right thing to do. But if it doesn't work, why bother? If government solves the wealth disparity problem, why not give it to the government if that's the only way it works. Government is force, which is the root of all evil. Seems like we libertarians understand statism better than you statists do.

  • @SchuldinerIsGod91 charity is the right thing to do, but it does not solve the inherent problems of our corporatist system which has created the largest wealth disparity, a system which allows incompetent CEOs to earn 400-700x a worker's salary and then get a fat severance package when they're kicked out, or their company gets bailed out if it fails. every major industry in America receives subsidies, cheap loans, and bailouts if they fail. govt is not the root of all evil, but you know what is.

  • @truthslap you know the government is the one that bails them out, right? Government is the one that forces taxpayers to pay for corporations that are politically well-connected. That is not capitalism. That is corporatism. We've had corporatism for many decades. It sucks. But it's government legislation that advantages corporations. That's what lobbying money goes towards: politicians who love to tell you and I what we can and cannot do, crushing entrepreneurs and personal freedom.

  • @SchuldinerIsGod91 that's exactly right, that's just what the corporate interests do, so can you explain to me how you would propose to keep the wealthy elite from lobbying government and determining legislation? without "government", the wealthiest industries would simply conglomerate, fix prices, exploit the country's workers, and by force or economy would become a government itself. how exactly would a free-market libertarian society keep that from happening?

  • @truthslap the only reason they consolidate is because of government regulation. It is very hard for small business people to start businesses. Occupational licensing laws are the best example of this. They are simply made to keep out competition, protecting a politically well-connected business. Government is the instigator. They are the ones who can use force, and the ones that want to regulate. Greedy corporations just opportunize on that. In a voluntary situation, it's best product, lowest $

  • @truthslap Gary Johnson didn't give any special favors to corporations. He couldn't be bought. What other governor is honest enough to want to legalize marijuana, veto 750 bills, or advocate for full blown school choice while in office. And he believes in free markets. You can bet Wall Street hates him. In fact, they hate him so much that Obama has raised the most money from Wall Street than any other candidate. They sure love their corporatism, and hate capitalism.

  • no masters degrees here but i work hard and have a 'job' actually it's my own business. looks to be the same age. not sure what this guy is feeling so good about carrying that smile while talking about it, like not having a job is to be proud of. and no my family isn't rich. there goes your common attack.

  • Comment removed

  • what other presidential candidate would go down to Wall Street and actually TALK to these people??

    Gary Johnson is different.

  • @murrman328 ya go support him. i know you have a beef with rp supporters not giving any face to old libertarians who haven't done jack for decades and managed to not grow while independents left both parties. go on. flame paul, support johnson.

  • Wall-Street Protesters LOVE Free Market Capitalism

Wall-Street Protesters HATE Corporatism, Fascism, USA's Permanent War Economy, Corporate Welfare/Subsidies, Trillions in Corporate Bailouts, Tax Loopholes, Neocons, Giving Trillions to Zionism, Lobbyists Buying Politicians, The Illegal Federal Reserve, Rothschilds, Pro-Monopoly AntiTrust Laws that prevent Competition and they HATE Crony Capitalism

Regulations DONT protect consumers, they protect Criminal Monopolies which pay Politicians the most

  • @halcyon0830 No, no they don't. In fact they've called for greater taxes, greater regulations, protectionism. Certainly not free- market, it seems to me they don't even qualify for moderate free markets.

  • @halcyon0830 Most of these things are stuff that we can all agree on. Too bad the handful of loonies in the OWS crowd get all of the attention. The crazy ones are ruining the message.

  • @halcyon0830 I guess everyone forgot why this country started imposing regulations at the turn of the last century in the first place (*coughmonopoliesfinancialmeltdownsplutocracycough*)

  • @halcyon0830

I am rather skeptical of your comment. I have seen a lot of morons speaking this "Comrade" language, demanding more social programs, more public funding, etc. I am not saying your wrong nor them but not all the protestors are pro capitalism or free market. I see a lot of drones down there

  • @halcyon0830 Sorry, gotta call bullshit on that.

Maybe its not everyone, but I actually went down to the Occupy in my area and not a single person liked capitalism and EVERYONE thought that the bailouts were capitalism.

  • @Eterna1snow I love capitalism. What I don't like is crony capitalism or corporatism. Someone needs to pass on the difference between capitalism (good) versus corporatism/cronyism (awful).

  • @jteruel671 I agree on you with that, it just seems like the Occupiers really don't like capitalism (I've been to the Occupy in my area). They probably should, but they don't.

  • @Eterna1snow Too much misinformation. Capitalism is good. It's corporatism that is ruining what is a good thing.

  • @jteruel671 Yay, I agree.

    BTW:

Tea Party's goal: Get government out of Wall Street

OWS goal: Get Wall Street out of the government.

    Both should happen.

  • Wall-Street & Corporate Bailouts= 24 TRILLION GONE

Foreign Rothschild Bank Bailouts= 9 TRILLION GONE

Pentagon Money Disappeared During 9/11= 3 TRILLION GONE

Bush Tax Cuts for the Richest= 4 TRILLION GONE

Missing War Money= 1 TRILLION GONE

Money Given to Israel FOR FREE by Congress= 3 TRILLION GONE

Money Given to Israel FOR FREE by PNAC= 1 TRILLION GONE

Cost of Iraq & Afghan Wars= 5 TRILLION GONE

USA LOST $ 50 TRILLION. OUR TAX MONEY GONE, MONEY PRINTED & MADE WORTHLESS. MONEY BORROWED FROM CHINA

  • HEY WORLD - BILLIONS AND BILLIONS OF HUMANS & AMERICANS ARE PROTESTING IN THE STREETS RIGHT NOW!

THEY ARE PROTESTING AGAINST DICTATORSHIPS IN AMERICA (JUST LIKE HOW EGYPTIANS AND TUNISIANS ETC PROTESTED AGAINST DICTATORSHIPS AND OVERTHREW THE DICTATORSHIPS). THE DICTATORS OF AMERICA WHO NEED TO BE OVERTHROWN ARE WALL-STREET, FEDERAL RESERVE, AIPAC, ISRAEL, PNAC, CFR, NEOCONS, WAR INDUSTRY, OIL INDUSTRY, LOBBYISTS WHO OWN POLITICIANS, MONEY IN POLITICS, TWO PARTY DICTATORSHIP IN USA & CORPORATISM

  • The only real hope for America is a flat, 100% income tax on all income above $200,000, and a 100% estate tax. This would at last create a level playing field and would create real wealth for the vast majority of Americans, who currently are being left in the dust.

  • @MortimerTheClueless I look at this post, and at your channel, and I think that it has to be the best piece of satire that I may have ever seen. Unless, you're serious, in which case, you're slightly/severely misled. But I'm going to go with satire, so bravo!

  • @MortimerTheClueless

    You certainly are clueless!

  • The woman at 3:00 cannot rely on the kindness of strangers to help the poor, while simultaneously expecting the majority to vote in poverty- friendly policies. Great magic trick!

  • @rbairos1 I know, right? I'm an anarchist, and whenever somebody says that with no government we'd have no X, Y or Z, I just tell them that the very fact that they think that would be a problem is the same reason why it WON'T be a problem. Obviously, over 50% of this country supports roads, sewers, power, schools, protection, feeding the starving, helping the unemployed, etc. because 'we' keep voting for more. If that same 50% gave 50% LESS money to private charities, they'd still get more done.

  • @FishofMuu Exactly. I'm more and more sympathetic to the anti statist school of thought. Cheers.

  • I gotta tell ya, some of his policies are pretty outrageous to me (privatizing prisons for instance), but his personality and demeanor is exactly what I want in elected officials...

  • @PrackFerpent some people prefer a bag of surprises.. you never know what ya gonna get. depends on which day which wall streeter reaches into obama's bag of surprises. i guess it beats going in knowing what you're getting into.

  • Hahah, Cenk's all like "heeeeeeeeyyyyy". He seemed pretty bro here, even if I do disagree with him on loads of stuff.

Ron Paul/Gary Johnson or Gary Johnson/Ron Paul 2012!

  • 1:42

People who claim to go "beyond politics" always hold the most fascist beliefs. What they really mean is "beyond negotiation" or "beyond your freedom to choose".

  • So Pelosi puts Angelides in charge of investigating the origins of the subprime market that triggered our current financial meltdown. He then makes the most culpable villain, Country-Wide financial, off limits to investigation. I wonder if it had to do with the fact Pelosi's son was working there at the time? Angelides is also partners in a law firm that is suing the banks on behalf of the state union pensions that lost value as a direct result of Country-wides malfeasance Conflict of interest?

  • The woman at 3:00 is a little fascist. The public won't do so let's have the government FORCE them to do it!

  • Lady at 3:00 is brain-dead. If she wants to give a lot of her estate away, good for her, go do it! Don't force others to give it to the govt. Can't fix stupid.

  • fair tax sounds like a terrible idea

  • Looks to me like Gary Johnson is in the position Ron Paul was in 2+ years ago. I'm a small part of Ron Paul's revolution, but I wouldn't want to move unless I really felt I had to. In 2008 I'll vote for Ron Paul. In 2012 I'll probably vote for Gary Johnson.

  • You know I am amazed at the ignorance of Americans like this lady that says she wants to be taxed more. Sweetheart why don't you go get some feathers and be a parrot. I guess that government funded education has made you real ignorant on the issues and forgot to take critical thinking class. I hear the 50 cats calling you they need to be fed.

  • THis bitch is an idiot. What "rights" do you have to consume something? None unless it's your property.

  • (Part 2)

My only beef with the Occupiers is that they are not universally nice guests in Gotham. They should learn a thing or two from Ghandi & Thoreau, to be civil in your indignant protestations & to respect others. Tashing the park, screwing store owners, etc. those aren't good witness to their (our) agenda or ethic.

What's so funny about peace, love & understanding?

  • @Yo2oob Good Point. I think anyone who even thinks about participation in civil disobedience or protests should read the like of Gandhi and Thoreau. Not doing so and not having a plan of action just sets you up for trouble with the law and I think that's what is really hurting the Occupy campaign.

  • I love Gary Johnson. But these folks who have buicked their malignant pejorative bilge on this page & passed judgment on folks they really don't know. This is the sort of hateful, jejune & ignorant hubris that makes most folks incapable of talking politics with others. Thank God we have a land thand allows & even encourages dissent. (cont'd in part 2) ----->

  • What does that shithead have 2 master degrees in, basket weaving and flint knapping?

  • "I kept 20% and gave away 80%." Easy to give it away if you didn't earn it. She sounds exactly like a socialist politician.

  • Gary Johnson is such an... ordinary guy. There's really no other word for it.

    I love that about him.

  • @OCCatholicDude He and Ron Paul are on the same team. Ron Paul may choose him as his VP if he gets nominated.

  • @saadasim Paul won't choose him because he's pro choice.

  • The biggest (perceived) argument againist civil libertarianism is fear, fear of the unknown.

  • End the Fed

  • He doesn't understand anything she said. His mind are full of ... so he keep tell here his stuffs instead listening to the real stuffs those people experiencing.

  • "I got some money and I think I should be taxed more" LOL, whats her problem? just send the government a check ! its not illegal ;)

  • The agonizing part of all this for me is that the answer is clear. We have over 10.000 years of recorded human history that tells us that these problems are the same ones faced anytime you delegate the ability to make choices about your life to someone else. Central planning always fails because central planners always fail to realize the true nature of of man. Once you realize the true nature of man is not altruistic in nature, you realize that coercive government can never work.

  • Gary Johnson is a better man than me, because I would have not been able to resist the urge to punch this bitch in the face.

  • why would that woman who inherited money not want to be able to give away 80% of her inheritance? if the government taxes her more, she doesn't have that option. why does she think they could do a better job of distributing her money than her?

  • Gary Johnson is a boss.

  • I am 99% that watches football on the weekend.

  • The OWS protesters are too far from Senator Chuck Schumer's office. He voted for the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act which removed the protections afforded by the Glass-Steagall Act. Senator Schumer's input on that legislation was instrumental in getting it passed through Congress.

  • What that woman with glasses fails to recognize is that the government hasn't been helping the poor. I don't think I've ever met a "poor" person satisfied with government assistance. Leave charity to social groups and keep government out of it.

  • Comment removed

  • @truthslap Have you ever seen abject poverty? Poverty in the U.S. and the third world countries look very different. If you want to give $ to the poor it is your right. What I earn, I keep to do whatever I please with it. When the government "gives" out what I keep, I don't know where it is going. Trillions of $ are lost and you want me to give money to a government that doesn't know where the $ is going and how its being used? Here's an idea, move to Cuba.

  • "Oooooh....You're the political guy."

Oh fuck you, cunt. If that had been Obama you would have been falling over yourself to slob on his knob.

  • @FiveofHearts1... Come on now, anger is the common denominater, not THE solution.

  • That woman was a raging socialist.

  • @PrivateSnowballTFC If she feels guilty because she didn't work for the money she inherited and wants to give it all away that is her business, but when she gets to use force using government to take money away from others that is where freedom ends and tyranny begins. People like this should be the change by doing something constructive instead of using force to make people believe that redistribution of wealth using government is the answer. Obviously she feels guilty for not earning her way.

  • @hooverdog1957 She said something about how having "no estate tax" was "outrageous", and that "civil libertarians don't work for [her], for the poor."

  • Johnson, Paul, or not at all!

  • beware, the scary brown people with drugs and guns

    oga boga

  • Paul/ Johnson/ Ventura 2012!!!!!!!!!!!

The team we need to fix America

  • End These Wars!

Restore Individual Liberty & Economic Freedom to America!

    Vote RON PAUL 2012!!

  • When New Hampshire secedes I hope they elect Gary as their President!

  • @Brownyman That'd would be Great! :-)

  • RON PAUL/GARY JOHNSON 2012!!!!!!!

  • Without knowing all the details, I can't imagine his tax plan could be any less fair than it is now.

  • Cenk Uygur is awesome and so is Gary Johnson. Though I disagree with his fair tax idea, which isn't fair to all.

  • Cenk!!!! lol

  • Fair tax? Prebate? Take a hike, Gary.

  • "I think if we rely on the kindness of strangers then the poor will get screwed."

Well I see the disagreement here.

  • If this bitch wants to give her money away, thats great. But she has no right to force other people to give theirs away.

  • Gary Johnson is the only Republican candidate for President that has an open mind. He actually met with real OWS people rather than calling them a bunch of left wing loonies or distancing himself from them. It doesn't mean he believes in all the values expressed by all the members of the OWS movement but that he is willing to listen and hopefully educate them for what he stands for.

  • @jf2good Maybe he believes you can believe what you want and do what you want just don't use force to make you agree with those beliefs. Voluntarism and respect for private property are where it should all start.

  • At least that lady got to give her money to whomever she wanted instead of lining the pockets of the banksters she's protesting against through taxes. it is funny how people's misguided ideology blinds them.

  • Gary Johnson, Fuck yeah!

  • Top 1% of income earners pay 34% of all federal income taxes. They earn 16% of all income. What the fuck do you mean by fair share if 1% already pays more than one third of all income taxes! The top 25% of income earners pay over 86% of all federal income taxes. TAX THE POOR!!! THEY USE OVER 80% OF ALL GOVERNMENT SERVICES!!! GET YOUR FUCKING FACTS STRAIGHT!!!

  • @ajacoid The top 1% own 47% of the wealth in this country while the bottom 80% as in 240 million people have just like 7%

  • @ajacoid you made sense until you went all caps. The poor are poor and therefore have no money to be taxed. the poor in america are the only obese people in the world. they're fed well. they should work for their money, not expect handouts.

  • The lady that inherited her money, while it's admirable that she kept it, I just don't think she has the right to say people should pay more taxes. Some of us earn our money. Governor Johnson started a handyman business and when he sold it it had 3000 employees. If you inherited your money, you shouldn't be dictating what kind of taxes the rest of us (people that WORK for their money) pay.

  • @Drahthaar422 She was talking about the Estate Tax, which applies to inherited wealth. She didn't say that everybody should have to pay higher taxes. She may feel that way, but she said that she came into money when Bush got rid of the estate tax and she feels that they should pay on passed-down wealth. The estate tax doesn't apply to everybody either, only estates of a certain value and higher.

  • I support Paul/Johnson 2012!

  • Why is that fat fuck cenk on Reason? I came here to get away from that smug bullshitter.

  • @HamsterFueledRocket Dude calm down he is an American who is pissed like the rest of us.

  • Paul, Johnson 2012!
