  • Hall of Fame Bluesman Wille Dixon wrote this song, not Jimmy Page - he merely plagiarized it and attempted to steal it (until he got caught).

  • @DreamsCumTrue469 ah, stop it.

  • @DreamsCumTrue469 He did a live cover or it. That's not plagiarism.

  • @DreamsCumTrue469 yeah i mean, they kinda stole the lyrics :S

  • @DreamsCumTrue469 he still wrote the music... and either way its a nice song

  • @trevwagner666 so what? he also still paid a hefty payment to the original composer to settle the legal plagiarism lawsuit. I know....in your mind he didn't do anything wrong. He just paid the money cause he's a nice guy and didn't want to defend himself. Right....

  • @DreamsCumTrue469 the music was in public domain so technically it was okay to do it as long as you credit the artist which they do on the newer realeases of stuff, so all her did wrong was not credit the original on the original releases

  • @DreamsCumTrue469 also dude, they even said afterwards, all the songs they "stole," for most of them they changed up the composition of the lyrics or changed the lyrics themselves. also, all guitar riffs were completely original, therefore jimmy is still god because he made all of the riffs himself... for the most part lol

  • @NeutralSnap yeah, i know...and we're still god because we changed up America after we borrowed it from Native Americans; erected our own buildings and everything, none of which they had....excellent point.

  • @DreamsCumTrue469 okay, so hypothetically speaking, lets say nobody ever stole anything from anyone. where would we be now? shit like this keeps progress going. true, they didnt do it right and should have credited willie dixon, but still, badass guitar riffs nobody could ever match from Mr. Page

  • umm, this isnt even whole lotta love? wtf

  • Comment removed

  • @TheArizonaMark hahaha yea sure dude :P

  • @TheArizonaMark Maybe you can't do it but it doesn't mean others fake it.

  • Led Zeppelin lives on to another generation

  • pretty good

  • ok so where is the original video, time for someone to upload

  • wow, the old youtube at the beginning

to be honest I preferred rating to likes. rating gave you a better idea of video quality

    then at the same time

a video with 2340300934 dislikes is easier to tell its bullshit.

  • és português lol

tocas bem man , quanto tempo de prática tens? curtia saber tocar mas só toco no guitar hero lol

  • nice cover :O

  • @MikeCrazyPhucker obrigado pah :)

  • Great playing, mate - what are you doing with that finger of your right hand? Never seen that before!

  • thats insane man

  • your guitar is on fire

  • Fuckin' A ... I'm impressed! Good Job lol.

Saw Led Zeppelin bout 3 years ago, they can STILL pull it of even with age lol...

  • great job on that one! sounds like the way I have heard it for 30 + years!~

    kickin ass!

  • Jawdroppingly faithful. L♥ved it. I've been on a bit of a Deep Purple and Pink Floyd thing on my Les Paul for months, perhaps I should 'bring it on home' to an appropriate Les Paul tune.

  • I love how you keep a finger on the pick guard the whole time lol. good job though

  • Hey I'm begging you to give me a tab of the riff that starts at 2:29.

  • hey great job man! much respect for you and Jimmy Page

  • Really really good! Jimmy didn't play it much better.

  • @verwurster23 But then again Jimmy improvised it ;)

  • awesome. im still working on the solo at 2:43, but check out my video. gibson or epi?

  • neither. Rochester Les Paul xD But it's pretty good.

  • holy christ dude...that's just awesome. Almost made me put my guitar back in my case. Almost. :)

    great work

  • jhjha wow muy bueno y lo mejor es k te equivocaste y continuaste bieen =D

  • Could you write out sum Tabs for this & send em to me?? please

    && great vid!

  • definitely work on loosening your wrist up, that could cause problems for you later on. and you can play even faster with wrist action.

  • it's easier to have a wider range of wrist movement when you're standing up. but I'm sure you already knew that.

  • theres still a lot of room sitting down. I've never had a problem with it really, i just kind of adapted since i dont play standing much.

  • whatcha plain'? a gold top? year? neck type? LP standard right?

  • haha, I'm playing a standard Rochester Les Paul, year 2007. A Mighty guitar ;)

  • ha, thats funny, you don'y move your wrist. work on that bud, and good cover.

  • loosen up your picking hand, get some wrist action in there!

  • yea I know, but I got used to it. Playing with the pinky suporting the hand :/ Without it, I sound like I'm learning the guitar again

  • gotcha, well you play great anyway

  • thanks :)

  • but dude, thats supposed to fuck up your finger i think..

    heh, just what i heard

  • nah, it doesn't ;)

  • @bjulian What's supposed to screw up your finger?

  • Nice playing! Where did you get the tabs or can you put up a lesson video

  • very very very nice...i can tell you put a lot of effort in this..

  • how long have you been playing the guitar?

  • 2 years, by the time I made the video.

  • awesome.

  • grande...buena onda

    great....good vibes

    go on!!! and thanks

    I liked it a lot;)

  • nicagaaaando tienes ls misma distoricon que page ps weon

  • envidia

  • Awesome.

  • fuck off you guys this was cool when it was made, i was one of the first to comment.

we used to watch the orignal video fifteen thousand times a day until it was taken down, this was added as a way to participate in that awesome, something we all wanted to do.

the mistakes makes it even more honest

  • Not cool, dude...

  • Dude! Well don't stop now!!

  • That's not Jimmy Page at his best is it? It's just another bedroom guitarist, isn't it?

  • Duh...

    (And thanks, I guess..)

  • you suck. more cowbell needed

  • dam, forgot the cowbell..

  • o 2:32 lembra me os nossos ensaios da santa morena pro pre tuist! és grande, chocapic :D

  • well done!

  • :) thank you

  • 2:23 well done for not trying to slaughter it. I remember seeing page being extremely focused while playing that so good job.

  • nice dude. what guitar is this?

  • That was sweet mate. Love this song Watched the dvd about 100 times. Played this song thousands of times in me head to get me through a days work.lol Great vid mate keep goin!

  • 2:32 the humaness

I remember seeing on the orginial vid how amazingly difficult that seemed, I'd actually give you an extra point for that just cuz that means you're not a shredder who has to dragonforce his way through life, good. man I can't stand those people

  • @ohwell121 Just because you like shredding doesn't mean you HAVE to like dragonforce. Obviously you don't know who Paul Gilbert is.

  • Can you give me some advice for getting that type of tone?

  • I can give you the settings I was using..

    with a cheap Fender Frontman 15G, Gain 4, Treble 4, Middle 9, Bass 8.

  • Thanks man!

  • Thats the mp i have thanks sooo much lol i could never get a good tone out of it!

Do you have any other tones you have, that i can get from you.

    Very appreciated :D

  • it had to be done! feel kind of like your off beyond 1:40 or so, do one where just you play so you don't have to follow the vid slavishly

yeah and jump around like page, haha... I would if i could!

  • Good try man i'm impressed. Now you see why the people that say Jimmy Page isn't talented are idiots. Try doing that bouncing around on stage and pulling stuff out of your ass like Jimmy does.....lol

  • Nice man!

  • nice dude.

  • thanks

  • haha nice job messin up on that fast XD

lol its ok man that parts pretty hard, but do you always put your pinky down like that? that seems awkward to play like that hahaha

    whered you learn it from?

  • Very nice! jimmy page at his best is my favorite youtube video ever. are you using a fuzz pedal? or is it just straight to amp?

  • that was wery nice my friend!

where did you get the tabs?

    long live led zeppelin!
