Oasis is only "better" by a technicality.
Blur was just coming into their prime when Graham left. 13 is one of the finest albums of the past 20 years and, I think, even takes "What's the Story, Morning Glory?" to task.
Graham left, and Damon had a new side project (you may have heard of it) but still pursued with releasing Think Tank which was just a short hair away from eclipsing 13 in its brilliance.
