um ok i did that dissection and trust me, i def. wasn't as clueless as you guys. i mean, the "little ball" is the lens, NOT the back of the eye, the "water with black stuff" is the aqueous humor, and the "jelly" is the vitreous humor! that was just to clear stuff up for anyone that was confused. also, for the record, it smells nothing like a "pumpkin!" jeez. im not going to waste any more of my time watching this vid, and im just saying, DONT EVER GO IN TO A CAREER INVOLVING SCIENCE IN ANY WAY!
@SMARTCUTEFUNNYXD What was the point of your message? You think you are so smart for knowing all that information that you have to show off to people that were 14 - 15 years old while doing the dissection?
The solution that the eyeball was in DOES smell like pumpkin. And so does the solution that the fetal pig and frog I dissected a year after this does. Haven't you ever smelled raw pumpkin?
@livingxforever I was 12 when I did my dissection. Everything I stated above, I knew when I did it. 7th grade science taught me all that, and high school science should've taught you guys that too. Also, it doesn't smell anything like raw pumpkin. It actually smells like... well, preservation fluid. That has its own specific scent, and trust me, those scents are two different things. I also dissected a frog, and that too smelled nothing like pumpkin. My point: you guys suck at anatomy of eyes.
@SMARTCUTEFUNNYXD Sounds like you had a pretty good 7th grade teacher. All I learned in 7th grade was mitosis.
I stand by the pumpkin thing. I like the smell of raw pumpkins, and apparently liked the preservation fluid as well.
You seem to have changed your point from the first very nasty comment. Just because we can't dissect an eyeball doesn't mean we're failures in science. I don't mind sucking at anatomy; there are other things in science that interesting.
@livingxforever I'm sure there are other things in science that you like or are good at or whatever. And yeah, my 7th grade science teacher kicked ass. Okay, maybe is smelled like pumpkins to you. Whatever, it didn't smell like it to me. So yeah, I have no other points to make. Goodbye.
