You did a great job - I teach college and I would give you and A. Your teacher must believe his or her own propaganda - it's the major problem with the educational system. Keep thinking for yourself - YOU ARE THINKING! We all need to change our minds and be peaceful people - You so totally get this - Rock on!
your teacher probably failed you because you used images to represent only one aspect of what the song represents. the song isn't just about race. duh.
I enjoyed your video very much. I have always loved this song since I first heard it while living in Atlanta. I live in Phoenix now and there is such a difference.
One day a guy from Alabama came in to my store and we hit it off right away talking football, I being a Georgia fan, he an Auburn fan. After he left one of my employees said to me, 'He seemed pretty nice for a black guy." I said, yeah, but why you say it like that? Can't he just be a nice guy?" He still didn't get it.
@Deacnbleu im sure their all kinds of people all over the country who show this kind of ignorance.....racism is everywhere. im from the south and proud of it......i also respect and appreciate people from all different backgrounds, social situations, races and geographical location. that guy happened to be an idiot.....not sure why its relevant to state that he was from alabama. just an observation. regardless of where he was from, his ignorance just kind of makes you feel sick. it does me.

I've always hated the "black and white" concept, I'm glad we do these projects...
