  • That's a great idea using the pole to check posture. I have a body bar so I'll try it with that.

  • @lordvoldemort578 yes, u just need progressive overload - first week 20 kg, second week 23 kg etc.

  • @lordvoldemort578 No problem. I think I haven't but I can tell you this : Search GOMAD in google. Do that shit, then start makeing ur workout schedule, like 3 times a week, do back, chest and shoulders workout etc. And the results are massive. You'll probably gain 15 kg of muscle in a month.

  • @Xquu15 Ive Heard it Used in Conjunction with 5x5 shit will get you Huge. But I'm a little more advanced for 5x5 I do West side for skinny basterds Now Because I play football. What's your Heightt weight etc etc?
