he has a great timing...I noticed that all the things that he recorded are good form the first take...and, god, he doesn't use any quantize....ahah every time I redorded I have to move manually a lot of single notes....

@davidaems He does use some form of quantization. Listen more carefully to the input and when the loop starts - there are timing differences. Spectrasonics synth/romplers have live quantization option but it's only to 1/16 so it will feel very mechanical but can be real handy for in certain scenarios like re-triggering arps exactly on time etc or just faking robotic timing. I haven't tried doubling/quadrupling the tempo to see what happens but I don't expect it would sound as good as here.
