Yo Bro, that was part of the 'Hurricane Ivan' wave, wasn't it? I remember news crews catching quite a few of these touchdowns LIVE. That's the same wave that gave us the COLLAGE PARK twister that danced up Independence Ave before touching down.

Yes it was. This was the period in 2004 we had multiple storms cross Virginia over a 7 week period.
