1200? I eat around 1600 a day and it's the healthy stuff. Nuts, veggies, fruits, lean meats, whole grains. Tastes great, low cal and nutritionally rich. Combine that with daily exercise for health!

Whatever, my comment was referring to the old school idea that eating rice cakes and salad without dressing is healthy. It's not just about restricting calories.
