I used the roundabout but effective tactic of using the King Penguin's rocket to get above the huskies and land on 'em, which actually did decent damage. You could also disable a heli-rabbit that way after much patience. Then you could smoke the inactive turrets with impunity.

Oh, and to get the trophy for this one they make you disable all the bunnies at the exit there, the sick bastards.
