it was a Japanese psychic who made contact with the little girl and the lady wanted to give the ghost a gift to make her happy.

my dad used to be a traffic warden ( a good kind he actaully would put money in the meter if it ran out by a few mins) but anyways he knew the guy who ran the tours as back in the day you had to phone and ask but the guy took my dad down and they had wee dolls i think my dad left a sweetie for her
