Whaaaaaaaaaaat was that!? >.< I normally don't like to comment saying something negative, but this is DEFINITELY NOT how you make risotto. I'm not even sure if I would even call that risotto.

That's not how you make risotto. You need to add little liquid to the rice and have it absorbed and stop when the rice doesn't absorb anymore.
