  • Need extra stamina to overcome the competition? Try oxygen risk free, it's now legal without a prescription. Check out my page, honestly this stuff helps A LOT

  • you lost me at tapioca

  • Awesomeness!!! I love Running!!!

  • LoL, my cross country coach has us do this exact same warm up before a workout or a race. I don't feel silly doing it because all the other teams are doing it!

  • Just a usual special esercises...

We made it on every run training.

  • Wow you can tell from the comments that none of you are serious athletes...

  • @benja303 - I saw a guy doing this once in the psych ward.

  • So, all we have to do to train for the run is Riverdance in front a girl's a high school track team?

  • If your a barefoot runner these warm ups are not needed because your body naturally does this when you run barefoot. The shoes we wear actually make us run improperly so thats why these warm ups are needed for athletes that run in shoes.

  • I liked the samba part by the end of the video!

  • I heard chris jerricho ran an ironman, and then started giving nayone who passed him a codebreaker. It may just be urban ledgend, but who knows for sure?

  • @marshalljimduncan considering the amount of fat he got around his belly now he probably didnt

  • The sunglasses are typically worn in inclement weather to keep rain out of your eyes. I don't know about you but I find it quite uncomfortable to have water hitting my eyes during a long steady state run. Unless you run with your eyes closed, but to each their own haha.

  • It's overcast and raining and this poser has his shades on. What a show off.

  • good tips for running. But I like tips for swimming.

  • TriGeek!!!!

  • i like a man whose flexible lol

  • pasito tune tune lol

  • ouch Dave you look very stiff, tense and heavy legged. You need to work on your hip flexibility and calf strength.

  • I remember doing these for foot ball during high school. I never actually realized these were good for anything, but a fun way to warm up

  • u r wrong!

  • not sure if any you guys ever play team sports but thats basic team sport kinda stuff look at warm ups for running backs and or wide outs

  • i dont think i could do these in public

  • im pretty sure you can, i did it all the time in high school. But those pants... probably not happening.

  • @itsbaseball oh come oooooon! why not!? lol

  • @itsbaseball Well I did.

  • @itsbaseball

lmao I thought I was the only one whom laughed the last 2 exercise warm ups. Good advice though.

  • @itsbaseball lol, even though your comment is funny, these are basic running exercises (i.e. a-skip, b-skip etc). Plus, the crossovers are done in nearly every sport ever created (soccer, ice hockey, football, boxing etc.). You should give them a shot... anyone in the "public" who has played any sport involving legs has seen/done these.

  • @itsbaseball I've done these en masse extensively as a high school track runner and during physical training as a soldier, generally with crowds between 50 and 80 people. If anybody makes fun of you for doing these, tell them to get their ass back inside Wendy's before their frosty melts.

  • nice dance

  • comment me back

    someone want to chat xd
