Hey Thanks for watching! My background is typical. Football Track(Shot, Javelin, and basketball. I am a police officer so I try to stay strong for the bad guys and gals out there. my beck day starts off with warmup of 20 reps of 225. then I go to 315 for 5 set of 10. I do that with each chest exercise minus a fly. I usually only do about 40 to 50 pounds.
I feel that if I increase my reps at a certain poundage I will get stronger then lowering my reps and going higher on the poundage. my goal is to rep 405 at least 10 times. once I get there I think I will be at at 500 to 550 max one rep. we will see.
I have played College Football. Thrown Shot and Javelin. My chest day is first incline, Flat, then Cable Crossovers. Then Dumbell Flys and end it with push ups

Great lift. I use that same bench. I can't stand using it. The rack goes to far back.

i just started decline with ever fly/dumbell/normal so hopefully i should see results...im only maxin 210 right now xD

Yopu went from 250 to 405 within 3-4 months thats insane. how did you gain all that muscle so fast?
